Purchased this unit after some research and very happy with it. We can finally print from our iPhones and iPads and MacBooks without having to be hooked up to it! Love this! Easy set up. Prints out perfectly! Screen and print tray come out automatically. Very impressive .

Very very impressed with the ease of set up of wireless !! !! Color prints so far are good, but if you are seeking super high quality color prints not sure if this is the one for you. I was not seeking an all-purpose printer, but it is challenging to find single purpose printers of a medium size.

Great little printer. My only real complaint is the ohoto.paper trays can be hard to get to when the catch tray is extended. Otherwise Im satisfied with the photo quality and ease of use.

I had purchased a couple different printers but they would either stop working or they were hard to install. I bought this printer and yay! I was able to install it and the ink is easy to change when empty. Prints good photos too.

Still exploring all functions but everything works as expected so far. Good, simple wireless functionality. Print quality is great (have not printed pictures yet) for our at-home needs.

I had a Epson 3640 previously. The 7100 is a replacement for it. I already prefer the 7100 and the 3640 was a great printer. I'm still using the cartridges that came with it so can't rate anything related to that, other than it prints really great. I have used the copier feature - it is great and is a no brainer. I will be using the scanner. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because I have not used the scanner or ADF but will shortly. I'd highly recommend the unit to anyone.

I purchased this for the ADF scanner. Worked for one scan—after the scan it would no longer allow scans from computer or from touchscreen. I removed and reloaded the drivers multiple times. The printer is okay. As with other Epson products the paper tray is flimsy plastic, *very* difficult to load paper or change sizes such as envelopes or cards or photos. 20 pieces of paper is very small amount so I don’t recommend for frequent printing. The ink cartridges included are small and expensive to replace. I returned it due to the scanner not working.

My son bought me an HP printer in January but it never worked right. I went myself after doing my research and speaking with a knowledgeable rep at Best Buy! Bought this Eason wireless printer! It works like a dream! HP can’t touch my Epson for ease of use, reliability , quality prints!

Responding to all the reviews that say it loses its network/computer settings, I found that just letting it go into sleep mode rather than turning it off works well. When scanning, even if you only scan to one device, you have to choose "last used device" because it seems that it was designed to work with multiple home devices (phones, PCs, laptops, tablets). The duplex scanning function works well for me and is a timesaver. Some scans do came out slightly crooked. Printouts look good for general house printing purposes.

It was easy to set up and it's printed well ever since. I haven't had it long enough to know how well the ink lasts, but the print quality is great and the screen is easy to read and it's very intuitive in its commands. I'm really happy with everything about it.

I bought this as a replacement for the HP printer that we had previously. I got tired of paying a monthly subscription for ink. The only negative that I have with the device is the printing software for cd labels since it requires the image to be in an uncommon format. With that being said, how many people even still use cds, let alone print on them.

This printer has been great for printing out school documents at home. Easy to setup and easy to connect to wirelessly. My one and only complaint about this printer is the ink usage. I bought a handful of replacement cartridges because I knew my wife would be printing a lot of powerpoints for school. The first time I replaced the black cartridge, I was surprised at how dark the ink was on the last page it printed before telling me to replace the ink. I knew there was still quite a bit of ink left but there was no option for me to "continue printing" with the current cartridge. I know that each cartridge has sensors that indicate when levels are low and once the sensor is "tripped" it won't allow you to continue until it's switched. I suppose it's nice to know it's almost out if you're really picky about the darkness and quality of your prints, but as someone who just needs to be able to read the words on the sheet it is frustrating to see that there is so much ink left but the printer won't let you use up. It feels as if the people designing these printers make it so that you have to buy ink from them more frequently, which is also very frustrating. I have seen that people with similar complaints have bought a device that essentially resets the code in the cartridge to trick the printer into thinking it is new and full. I may have to look further into this.
