Great printer for working from home

I had to get a new printer because my HP printer died after about 7 years. I went with the Epson because it was compact looking and its description and reviews said it was a good mix of office productivity and photo printing. I am glad I got this one. Everything he simple to run and setup. The transition between letter and photo printing is effortless, all prints come out looking great, at a good speed. One of my favorite features is that the output tray will retract at the push of a button and the whole machine closes when not in use to prevent dust inside. There are multiple settings for different paper sizes, and the printer will adjust automatically to what size you put in the trays.

I already like this printer a lot. It installed on my hotspot network easily. It is smaller than the old one and has a folding dust cover over the top paper-feed platform. Paper-source control is flexible, and I immediately could use many sizes of paper. My first try printing a #10 envelope came out perfectly. The straighter path of the back feed slot works great, too. A couple of seconds slower to start than my old printer, but who cares. Overall a big improvement over the old printer and it cost $50 less. Thanks.

Purchased this printer to be able to produce photos of my son as he grows- and I can say I’m impressed. I have owned at least a dozen printers over the last 5 years and this unit is certainly the best value I have come across. WiFi and smartphone capabilities with easy setup and crisp photos and documents as typical of epson devices. Would purchase again!

This one does very sharp prints full of life, but I'm sorry to say that it isn't very durable. I bought one in 2021 that lasted 2 years, unfortunately without GeekSquad protection. Bought a new one this time with 4 years GS protection (after all most inkjet will fail fairly quickly). About to go to Best Buy for service since the print quality is really bad. But, if you want a really good inkjet printer and are aware it won't last 10 years, then go for it. You won't be disappointed. What I'm describring goes for MOST inkjet printers. There's so many moving parts it's hard for it to not break.

I needed to replace an older Epson all-in-one inkjet printer, and I happily found the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 wireless at my local Best Buy store. Within ten minutes, I had it running on my home's wifi network, and I have used it daily to print color flyers and create stickers. It has performed admirably, and I look forward to using it for at least a decade.

I've been searching for a new printer for some time now and finally found one about 2 weeks ago, after checking the reviews & checking info. Comparing to others as well ! Turns out this Epson XP 7100 is the best printer I've seen so far as I wanted something that was a simple and easy set up without having error codes as have on my old Epson 3620. I'm replacing this one and my Lexmark pro 205. This Lexmark lasted a good 10 years till ink was getting harder to find. This Epson XP 7100 is so easy to set up and easy to update as well. I hope it lasts a good long 10 years or more to come. For those of you that want a easy set up, I highly recommend this Epson XP 7100, you'll be glad you did.

Good printing of text and color images. Like the ease of use. Duplex feed sometimes fails to separate some stacks. Small primary paper holder, which is annoying. (only50 sheets) Pruint quality very good though.

This printer worked great out of the box, easy to set up. All around family use for color documents, photos and scanning and sharing via Wi-Fi connection. I really like the auto feeder for scanning for copying and for multipage PDF's. Does not have a fax function, but I did not want that feature anyway. Replaced my HP. Only drawback is low capacity for blank paper. Easy to replace color cartridges. Highly recommend for family or single desk office use.

I had been needing a printer and when I started working from home during the pandemic I decided it was time to buy one. It makes very good copies. I have not tried yet to print photos on it as been using for work. Hoping they turn out good. Also have not scanned anything yet. All in all I like it and glad I purchased it. I am technically challenged but I was able to set it up myself.

A nice easy to use printer. The interface looks dated, but it works. Feels like the interface graphics were developed like 15 years ago. Cartridges are less expensive compare to HP products. Quality of printing is good, can print from any device, including your phone. Tried to order new black cartridge from Epson site, but my card was declined, used the same card to order from Best Buy, worked fine.

I bought this mainly for printing photos and am very satisfied with output. However, construction is flimsy plastic and hinged flap on top does not fit properly. Paper tray is awkward. I got this for a great price of $100 but I would be happy to pay more for better construction. Proper manual should be included. It is easy to find online buy is about 200 pages which I am reluctant tp print.
