Everyday this printer has an error and must be rebooted manually. Epson had me reset wifi and still every day sometime multiple times a day. If it goes to sleep and you send a job to the printer it wont wake up. When you manually wake it the print spooler in the PC errors. Then nothing prints until you reboot the printer and cancel all print jobs.

I am not satisfied with this computer for several reasons. The exterior is a dust magnet. When scanning off of screen, I have to scan several different pages instead of adding a page for one file.

Excellent printing capability. Purchased it because of reviews on photo printing and have found photo quality to be outstanding.

Print quality great. But printer keeps going off line, lags when it prints. Moved it right next to the router and still doesn't connect consistently.

Whenever I need something printed, I receive an error “printer out of paper”. I check the paper, it’s not out. I add some more paper. Same error. I troubleshoot: turn off/on, fan the paper, remove the roller cartridge, clean the heads, etc. Same stupid error. After a few hours with no luck, I go to the library and print. The next day, the printer starts to randomly print. I had the same issue with the ink cartridge. The biggest print is 8 x 10. I’m going back to HP printers.

absolute piece of junk I've been using it for 10 months, with constant paper jams. having to do nozzle cleaning, alignment etc. not a patch on the 'workforce' the I had for 6 yrs so moving on

Would be much easier to set up if a disc were included like Epson...for that reason also consider Epson Also it is possible to buy refurbished ink cartridges for Epson at good price

I purchased this Epson printer after the Epson 830-XP all in one printer I had stopped working. This printer costed me twice as much as the 830-XP yet is poor in comparison. It boasts that it has all the same features of the 830-XP with the acception of fax capabilities, however it doesn't work nearly as good as the 830-XP, it's printing is nowhere near as good and when printing photos wether you scan them or copy them through to print are always cut off or enlarged plus they are extremely unclear and/or blurry. it doesn't matter what settings you put it on its all around cheap and trashy and barely if your lucky gets the job done. Buyer beware that this printer is also extremely hard to setup and comes with absolutely no instructions to add to your frustration and when you call Epson for help they are extremely rude to you to top it off. This printer is garbage honestly and is a huge disappointment after having experiencing having the 830-XP printer which was a great quality product. After experiencing this horrible printer I will no longer do business with Epson products and will go elsewhere. Buyer beware this product is junk do not buy! I would not recommend this product to my worst enemies!

It was an easy set up, and it worked seamlessly with my home network plus it was easy to connect to our smart phones and iPad to print right from there. Added bonus is it has a tray to print on DVD discs directly.

Difficult to set up, bad tech support, lots of initial issues, but worked OK once bugs were fixed. Bought it because it was on sale, got what I paid for.

Wished it had a fax machine and it would be perfect

After having an epson printer for business and being happy with it, we are disappointed with the quality of printing of this machine.

This is my first Edson printer, Will stick with it

ightmare set up. I spent hours trying to scan and send. Tried multiple apps to no avail. It constantly says it is out of paper (when its not). Now it says there is a paper jam (when there is not). Such a piece of junk. Im returning it and grab an HP or something.

If you are considering this printer, I recommend you consider something else. I have had printing and scanning issues since I purchased it two years ago. I should have taken it back immediately, but I thought I could work through the issues. Constantly receiving print errors and having to reboot the printer is a pain. I do not recommend this printer.
