have had issues with the scanner. call tech support, had to wait a day for a call back, had me reinstall software. Issues still not resolved

I have two of these with the same problem! They dont recognize any ink cartridges including the ones that came in the box. Ive updated firmware along with every other suggestion support gives...still junk

Buyer Beware this printer loves to eat up ink in short amount of time. Could not believe how soon had to change the ink as have not at all printed out anything much to be needing to replace the ink so soon, if would have been doing a lot of printing as well making pictures then I could see it needing to be replaced but not for what I had printed out. If knew it loved ink like the way it loves the ink, I would not ever brought this printer. Also, it was working fine no problems up till had to replace the computer now it will not communicate right with the computer, after fighting it & that have been able to get what I need printed out, wish this would have happened sooner than it did as this printer would be going back. It is bad enough for the money they charge with limiting the fax but could have made it not to eat ink so darn fast.

Had to replace it w/ an HP printer due to poor printing management for linux. HP rocks on linux

I expected a better quality product from Epson. This printer is "flimsy". My impression is that it is cheaply made. The power cord connection to the back of the printer is very loose and falls out easily. Every time I want to print, I have to unplug the printer before it will begin a print job. I've tried to get support from Epson to no avail.

Easy set up and the wifi feature works great. Wife wanted it for crafts and it meets her needs. Seen faster printing, but not a high volume user. But quality is there.

It is okay. Sometimes it disconnects from the wifi.

colors are great, regular printing could be faster overall seems to be a good product.

I can’t really rate it yet. I purchased it and attempted to hook it up to my MacBook Pro, it won’t connect. I had to leave and will try again.

This is NOT a good choice for light printing demands. If you do not print for a few days, the printer takes a LONG time to prepare (I'm assuming it's checking the nozzles and ink). If you do not print for over a week, the nozzles clog and require cleaning.

It’s unreliable. After some use ages and change of ink cartridges it just starts giving errors or won’t print in color. I purchased too many cartridges or I’d rid myself of this Epson product. I’ll return this under-par product again.

Printer is OK. A bit clumsy to use. Lasts about 3 years then smears all prints. Had to buy a new one on year 3.

What a great little printer. I can't say enough about the excellent quality.

Eats paper almost EVERY single print job. Has VERY tiny ink cartridges which are VERY expensive. Constantly in error mode. When color ink low, it asks if you want to print in black & white instead. When you say Yes, it still forces you to replace color ink cartridge. Also only holds a small amount of paper so you're constantly refilling it.

Horrible - this model couldn't recognize my home wifi even after speaking to Geek Squad, who said I need to speak to my internet provider, who then said I needed to speak with Epson - who couldn't help. After a week of no answers, I returned it to Best Buy and purchased an HP that was a dream to set-up.

I love this one that prints on cds. But after having 4 or 5 of them I must say cheap is how it is made

The initial setup and usage of the printer has been very good so far. I haven’t used it enough to comment on things like photo printing quality, etc. I have only done basic document printing at this point. I am using it with Apple devices at the moment. I will be printing from windows soon.

It has some pretty good features like being able to email it a file to print, but this thing will jam any chance it gets.

Printer has network issues when you need to print and requires an update every other day. You have to reconfigure the network connections in order for it to function as expected. Also, your computer cannot find it when it searches for printers, you have to turn the printer on and off a few times until it eventually finds it. I've owned this product for about 8 months now.

Print quality is excellent, works great with Wifi. The top feed cover is cheap in quality in my opinion. My only real complaint is whenever I go to print I have to choose the feeder or it automatically defaults to the CD tray.
