Very basic printer but does what I needed it for. I would not recommend it for heavy use

Wouldn't have given it a star at all, if I didn't have to. Tried twice to set it up and I couldn't do it: didn't think it was worth a third attempt. I also couldn't get it to print 8.5 x 11" photos like it shows on the box. This was the main reason I bought it to begin with. The back-end feed slot only managed to jam up on me. All of these issues and I'm technologically oriented. DON'T BUY.

It has connections issue. Everytime i needed to print scan or copy it takes too long. Its not as smooth as it should be. May be instead of wifi its better off with cables which doesn't not come with the printer

It would not keep connected. Hard to add device to laptops. Returned to store.

There is so much in this compact printer! Assembly and set up was an absolute breeze. I have always stuck with HP. It was beyond time to upgrade the dinosaur we used. It seriously took 15mins to set up from opening the package to finishing the installation! 15mins that's it and completely unheard of. All of the instructions we super easy to understand and the interface touch screen was extremely user friendly. The wireless connection is just so convenient. I can print from any device, anywhere, at any given time. Since we are a split household between IOS and Android this printer is perfect. Set up AGAIN super easy and takes seconds. The printer interface is automated, opens when printing and closes upon shut down. Scanning and copying are a breeze but the quality of the documents blew it out of the ballpark! I chose not to enable the quiet feature because of the printing speed choosing this. You definitely know what buttons are being pressed so that comes with fewer mistakes. I will however try out the the quiet feature to see how much the print speed would suffer, if anything. The print quality is impeccable! Really the only downfall I see with this is that it doesn't have a fax feature. So this may not be ideal for the business person who needs access to a fax machine. Overall, I would highly recommend this printer! Really easy to use and extremely easy to set up! Instructions are very easy to understand. The following verbiage must be included but in no way swayed my opinion. ok to have this printer at home but cartridges are expensive

This printer is perfect for home. It is small so it will not take up a lot of space however it still has your basic functions. This gives you 3 different options for printing. You can print wireless, direct usb connect or wired network connection. I prefer wireless but before I explain how to connect the wireless or mobile printing. Let me tell you about the setup. The setup process was pretty simple if you follow the directions. I did follow them, however, I missed a step when removing the blue tape so I got an error initially. Then when putting the ink in I did not place the ink in correctly so I had to redo it which again was my error. I believe if I followed the directions completely it would have taken me maybe 5 minutes. It is a very quick setup. Once you install the ink the printer will say it takes 7 minutes to install but it was more like 3 or 4 minutes. All in all I was very impressed with the ease of the setup and how it took barely any time. Now the best part for me was the mobile printing. It was very simple to connect just select your router enter your internet password on the printer and download the epson iprint app on my phone. That was it. I couldn't believe it. The quality of the print and or scan is just great. I printed out a menu from my phone with a colored background and I was pleasantly surprised how well the quality and clarity of the print. This printer is awful. The printer is slow to start. It uses a very large amount of ink (even just black). It jams easily. Don't make the same mistake I did. Just get a laser printer if most of your printing is black and white!

To often the printer is slow to respond, and doesn't offer a lot of options on all docs. I wanted to print a document that was in color to black-and-white and the option wasn't given. The installation was not easy as I expected. It wouldn't install wirelessly. Message said the signal was weak. The printer is about eleven feet from the router. It still hasn't connected to wi-fi. This isn't my first install of a printer. I've installed two Epson Work Force printers that were very easy to install compared to this printer. Flimsy unit, not sturdy as I expected it to be. I would not purchase this item again. Uses ink fast, too. I have not printed photos yet, but have printed docs that had areas in color. I bought the printer to print my own photos, but I'll send them out to a membership warehouse instead.

It's honestly the slowest printer I've ever used, but otherwise it works fine.

When you print checks in multiple amounts the rear feeder is worthless

Keep getting this: System Error An error occurred Turn the device off and back on again. If this occurs again, contact Epson support. 302626 This is my third exact printer! Very frustrated

Just needed a printer for incidental usage. Easy installation and it works great!

They don't include the "C" and "M" cartridges required to setup this printer. It's not usable with the 3 cartridges they provide, it will not let you past the setup step to check the cartridges - stupid! I planned on using this for black and white printing, not color. So this printer is like having a pet rock!

I am so angry about this printer. It is not cheap, and I have had nonstop problems with it since I bought it. Now, the paper constantly jams. Troubleshooting won't fix it. If I turn off the printer, the jammed paper is ejected in the normal spot. I have gone through everything they tell you to fix the problem, but it still won't work. Never again buying Epson. It is just so frustrating to have another problem in a long line of issues in the year since I bought it.

I love this printer! It is everything one could want in an all in one printer
