Most printers today will handle the basics well - B+W prints, color prints, the occasional photo. But most fail to make the user experience easy and painless. This printer performs well, and is a breeze to setup and use. For starters, I have never had such an easy time setting up a printer, especially one with wireless connectivity. The touchscreen interface is very responsive and makes it very easy to put in my WiFi password. Within 15 minutes I had it connected and spitting out great quality prints. I also appreciated the detailed head-alignment process that the printer goes through upon initial setup. You can see that Epson cares about printer performance, and is proactive about getting your prints right, not just waiting until there is a problem to troubleshoot. One other thing I especially like about this printer is the multiple trays, and two-way adjustable drawer for whatever paper size you have. It really feels like a commercial-grade printer shrunk down to consumer size. No more feeding the paper in and wondering if I stuck it in too far, or not far enough. The performance, value, and ease of use make this a definite 5-star printer! This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

After my terrible experiences with an HP4155e for 2 years, my Son bought me this Expression 7100 Epson for Xmas. Was on sale at BB for $149.99. SIMPICITY & DEPENDABILITY is what I needed most. Good print quality too. He researched this one, bought it, and sent me a YouTube video of it being unboxed and setup. Made it a SNAP. Setup was flawless, WiFi pairing simple, and the iPrint phone App works great with a SImple clean dashboard. Printing is excellent and scanning a breeze. I recommend it for Seniors who want a dependable home all-in one.

    very beautiful machine

Okay, lets start by saying I had a HP photo inkjet for 12 years. When compared the HP model within the same price range to the Epson expressions 7100 and the epson won on just looks alone. After a few days of tweeking I printed off a dozen home made photo Christmas cards that were beautiful! My old HP was a work hourse but I am not sad to see it go. I find this epson is so much more quieter than my clunky HP. The sleek design fits right into a small space and it looks like an expensive media component. I have only had it for 6 days but I am so happy with the results. The price was amazing and with the return option verified by the BB staff it's a sure bet. Not sure how long the ink will last but that's never been a main concern for me since im lost without a printer I just keep an extra set. Love this machine!

    A Powerpacked Printer

I received my printer and it was easy to unpack and install the software there were clear easy to use instructions it practically installed itself. The print on this little printer was amazing it is clear and the colors are bold, I loved the CD Printer as I'm a worship leader and use a lot of CD's and now I can quickly and conveniently use this feature to produce nice CD's. The ink cartridges are small but do the job well. I would recommend this printer for any small business owner it is well worth the cost and you will not be disappointed in the quality of the print. Another great product by Epson!! This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

    Faith restored in Epson

I purchased this printer to replace my aging Epson Artisan 835. The prints weren't as good as when I bought it. My family is slowly becoming a full iPad using family. So, I needed AirPrint. I bought the XP-7100 based on reviews. I would normally use it mostly for printing documents and occasional 4x6 or 8x10 pictures. I really like the dedicated 2nd tray. I use it to keep 4x6 photo paper in it. It's a great feature that many don't have. I was comparing this printer to the Canon TR-8520. The Epson is a much more solid unit than the Canon by far. The Canon feels very flimsy. I was originally was going to give this printer a 2 or 3 stars based on setup. The primary reason was Airprint in buying this printer. Out of the box I could not get Airprint to work. I tried everything and I'm pretty computer savy. This printer would even go offline on it's own to where it wouldn't wake on print. I checked the auto-off function and everything. I tried one last effort as I like the print quality of this Epson. I have a higher-end Asus RT-AC3100 wireless router. I'm guessing that this is really geared for all out speed and multiple users. Well, there is a feature called "Airtime Fairness" that some users disabled and VOILA!!!!! Airprint immediately started working and the printer stayed awake. In my opinion, this is not a fault of Asus but I think Epson should take this into consideration on informing consumers on the setup side as many higher end routers have this function of MIMO. Another factor was the footprint. This unit is pretty compact compared to HP, Canon, and Brother. Epson ink is about on par with the others in cost and availability. I do like the fact that it has separate ink carts versus the HP Officejet Pro 6978's two (color and black). This one also has two black carts (photo and general). The software loaded easily enough and you have the choice of doing everything manually and letting Windows do the drivers only for you. The Epson scanning software has improved from my last Epson printer so I think it's pretty handy. All in all, this should be one of your top picks for a compact (subjective) all in one printer.

I have used many different types of printers in the past, but this one is starting to become one of my favorites. The size of the printer is perfect for a small office in your home or even at work. The setup process was very easy to follow and was a breeze. I love that this has a touch screen which is very responsive. It has scanning, copying, and printing. Love that you can also print on cd discs. Another great feature I found was it prints double sided! That is not something you see very often in home printers. The printing process is also very fast. Wireless connection from all my devices to the printer was fast and easy as well. Overall a great experience and would recommend this to anyone! i've had this printer about a month. I do love the printer. Setup was a breeze once I deleted all other Epson printer products from my computer. Print is really good. The only negative I have about this printer is the output tray. It automatically ejects when turned on. However after a month that feature is no longer working. I am ok with that. I can pull it out and it will retract automatically. Still for the price, I did not expect this to happen so quickly...Other than that glitch, the printer is exactly what I expected.

I was a fan of a couple other printers, until I recieved this one. I will never buy any other brand other than Epson. In my personal opinion this is the best quality printer. My photos don’t look grainy, they look crystal clear. It doesn’t eat all your ink up after 5 prints. I must admit I print a lot and this definently held up and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this printer over any other printer on the market. It is a wireless printer which is also a major plus. I give this 5 stars and I have already highly recommended it to so many people. You won’t be let down. For years, I’ve been using the same old printer to do all my personal printing needs at home. While the prints were sub-par at times, it still met our needs. But just recently, I hate the opportunity to try the brand new Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer. I had no idea that printers have come so far in the short amount of years since I last purchased one. I quickly unboxed this fantastic printer and installed the included ink cartridges and plugged it in. Upon turning it on, the printer took approximately 7 minutes to do its initial setup process. While it was setting itself up (for me), I went to grab a new stack of paper. I have a handful of work documents that I needed to print for my national sales meeting over the next few days, so this was an opportune time to try out this new printer. Once it finished, I loaded up a portion of paper into the automatic feeder and went into the Wi-Fi settings to connect it to my router. From there, I realized that I had no need to use my laptop OR even plug the printer into any of my devices. From my phone, I installed the Epson app from the Google Play Store and it proceeded to locate my printer on my network. Now I’d like to point out that I also had the option to set up a Wi-Fi Direct connection with my phone, which requires no router to connect and print, but I opted to traffic the printing through my router. A few simple clicks and I was ready to go. I opened my PDF document on my phone, hit print, and out came my document. I did the same with an Excel file, then a few more PDF’s. They all went through the machine like butter, without one single hiccup. The final document was a full page color (with LOTS of dark colors) document that I admittingly was a little hesitant to print. It went a bit slower with a few short pauses, but it seemed to be allowing the ink to dry enough to proceed without the page smudging or streaking. It finally came out picture perfect. The only observances I had throughout the entire process was that the printer, during setup and while printing, was no super quiet. There does seem to be a setting for this, but it says that it slows down the printing process, so I opted against using this setting. I am certainly satisfied with this printer and look forward to sending many more documents through it in the coming weeks, months and years. This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. This in no way swayed my usage or opinion of this printer.

This is a review for epson expression premium Xperia’s-7100 wireless printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I received the printed and it took about 10 minutes to set up.At first I had some problems With the printer connecting to my WiFi. I go to school I am on my last semester and I used this printed to print out some material for class. It came out beautifully and fast! Scanning documents was fast and easy had no problem. The scanner works just as well as the expensive machine I have at work! My husband even thought it was easy to use and he’s not good with technology. It’s so small which I love so it doesn’t take up much space. Very easy to use another great product!

An Upgrade to the Workforce Series

I previously had a WF- series printer (Workforce) from EPSON and was becoming frustrated by the nozzles on the cartridges constantly clogging and mis-aligning. I decided to buy a new one and this is quite the upgrade. Not only can I print photos now, but the nozzles have stayed clear. I love that the top paper feed panel closes up because I get so tired of cleaning the dust off those paper feeders, but now it just neatly tucks away and I don't have to worry about it getting dusty! The printing is much neater, and more quiet, than the WF series. And so fast! I went to the other room thinking it would take a while but it popped right out and was GORGEOUS!

Just recently recieved this scanner in the mail. Opened it up and start to test it against my other scanner and copier. i had and found this one is soooo much better. I love how i can either hook my phone or any device to it or use wifi to print stuff out. Print pictures straight from my phone. I printed some out on both printers and the epson right away i could tell was not only faster but the quality was much better as well. Its well worth getting. Better Than HP

After years of HP printers I have become disenchanted with their drive to take away autonomy of your printer from you. I know stuff can be turned off but default and preferences should not be a factor in a personal printer. Epson is not immune from this but it definitely seems more like a choice. So far the printer is fine, easy set up and very user friendly. Unfortunately I have no longevity so I can only base this review on what I know. It was also not a big ticket item so there is that also.

This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. Easy set up out of the box. The picture printing Quality Is better then some professional prints. Printing documents was a breeze, everything is crisp and clear. Scanning was a breeze, set up to my laptop took 60 seconds. The ink seems to last as well, only using what came with it and have printed 30 things and no low ink light.
