Great printer. Quiet, quick and doesn't take up a lot of room. Just wish you could use aftermarket ink but the manufacturers have caught on.

Capable little inkjet printer, though all the plastic is light gauge. Wish I'd noticed that it lacks fax (I thought AIO included fax), which I still have occasional use for. Like the two-sided printing, even if it's slow. Excellent print quality. Too early to tell anything about ink economy. I'm keeping it.

The cartridges that came with the printer lasted only a very little time. Was disappointed in that. Photo quality is good.

Easy to install, works with Mac/PC/phones. Haven't had it long enough to verify how long the ink lasts, but initial use the printing looks good.

I was able to get this on sale for $79.99. Great bargain at that price for a all-in-one printer. Very good quality for an ink jet printer. Would definitely recommend.

This same XP-7100 model, which I purchased in 2021, suddenly, would no longer recognize my computer. Documents would get backed up in printer queue, then suddenly spurt out a dozen pages of absolute nonsense. Sure wasted a LOT of my paper supply. Then it stopped printing altogether. I spent HOURS on the phone with Epson support. To their credit, they tried EVERYTHING but could not get to the bottom of it. Finally I replaced it with ANOTHER XP-7100. It's only been up and running about two weeks and it's doing the EXACT SAME THING as the one I replaced! Clearly, there's a problem with their software, updates, or SOMETHING. I use a simple USB connection to my computer, not Wi-Fi, so there's simply no excuse for this. That's IT with Epson. Never used them before this model and I won't be back. I will say that when it WAS working I was very happy with the quality. But, I'm returning this to them while it's still under warranty and going back to HP. I am NOT a happy customer.

Good printer that woks better via wifi printing from phone or tablet. It doesn't always communicate well with computers. Make sure that you get the protection plan.

Very easy to use. The scanner is near perfect and the printer prints very sharp text quickly. Very easy to recommend to anyone looking for a desktop printer.

Except for the small capacity for the paper holder, I love this printer!! I have not had any problems with it printing anything!! That is a big deal for me as my last brand new printer (HP) would not print the first page of my recipe's that I like printing out!!! Even if I haven't tried very many yet!!!

Epson printer was the right choice! Very easy to install and printing is clean. Very easy to change the ink cartridges too!

Set up was easy. Printer scanner works quite well. Inkjets seem quite small for the cost. Printer speed is good.

At first, like many other things I have bought, it was a little confusing to operate, but now I understand how it works. It has settings that you can go into and change the things you want to change. I would definitely buy this printer again.

I have tried HP and Brother printers as alternatives, but my experience with epson has been disappointing. While it may function for Windows users, it's unsuitable for Mac systems ( slow connection, sometimes not even recognized, no matter how much I redownload). As I search for better printer options, encountering this one reminds me of my frustration, prompting me to share my feedback. I wouldn't recommend this printer at any price, even if it were reduced to $20. Save your money and choose a reliable printer instead.
