We purchased this printer to replace an older HP . We thought it would be sufficient but the lag time between print request and actual printing was too long. Also it would make noises (like print head adjusting or something similar) long after the last document was printed. This printer would be sufficient for anyone that seldom needed to print but it isn't going to work for me, especially with a lot of periodic printing. Returned the printer and purchased another Epson printer but one that was a bit more robust for a great price. It is too soon to tell if this new printer replacement will be sufficient but the response time from 'print' a document to the actual printing is great, much better than this Epson model XP-7100. Again this model is sufficient for 'one off' printing.

A decent printer for the price. It replaced my old hp I had for 20 years hope I can get that out of this one

I researched A LOT of different printers before buying this one. I scan a lot of documents and can now scan them right to my phone/email/computer. The features are awesome. I haven't had any issues scanning multiple (or 20+) pages. This printer is a workhorse, and was totally worth the money. It arrived 2 days after we purchased it. Not too hard to set up and I can scan or copy documents and just walk away. Printing via wifi from my computer is so convenient. This was quite an upgrade from our last printer and it's super fast.

Real slow when scanning to computer via wifi. Printing is Ok. I bought this because it used the same ink as my old printer

Haven't used all the options yet, but find it very simple to use and easily understandable. Good quality prints.

It was fairly easy to hook for a non-techie person. So far it has been working like it should although I haven't used it very much at this point.

This Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 is a very compact device. Easy to install, great quality printing. Lots of features.

Easy to setup and configure, love all the functions including the scanning and creating PDF's.

I had an HP for several years and it went down hill after my printer failed. Bought an Epson and was impressed.

Had Epson for years, it died, switched to HP, did not last as long as an Epson. The HP died WAY too soon, so I switched back to Epson and I'm glad I did.

“This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-7100 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I was SO EXCITED to try this printer, went through the test set up, then the error messages. I powercycled it, removed and reinstalled the ink cartridge, attempted to factory reset 3x, and NOTHING would let it know that the CYAN INK was there. I've enclosed the errors and photo of the working setup of the cyan ink. I've gone to 3 major retail stores this week and the CYAN ink is NOT sold separately. I would have to SPEND $49.98 on the ink and honestly, I think that I shouldn't have to do that. I'm really disappointed in this product and now having to give it a bad review. I currently have a "pretty paperweight.

was easy to link up to our system. Was replacing the same model of printer that we had before.

The printer was very easy setup and quieter than expected.
