So far so good. Not able to rate 5 stars simply because I haven't had or used it long enough. Set up at home and use from my phone was easy. Prints fine.

This printer does it all. It is fast, yet great quality prints or copies. It was a really good choice. I would purchase again.

This printer is an ink-hog. If you are printing more than a couple things a month then I would look into more efficient inktank printers. Don’t be fooled by the low entry price. Disappointing because I was fond of the print quality.

I don't have my printer set up yet but just wanted to say that my sales person-Jackson was very helpful. Very smart, knew the answers to all my questions. He did say on the order to have it delivered to my door, upstairs which they did not. Very disappointed with that. I am 70 years old and have back issues. Not happy.

Good home printer, not as fast as what this recent retiree became a custom to when working, but does a great job, at a modest price.

My RX620 finally ran out of energy Stayed with Epson No USB cable needed. Wireless works great even from the phone. Scanning still strong like the previous model. Can't beat it. No issues with downloading software. Windows 7

A little noisy, but that doesn't bother me any. Quality is really good. I just wish the trays held a bit more and that the ink wasn't so expensive.

Typical good Epson print quality, but the paper drawer is awkwardly-placed and kind of cheesy.

This is my second printer. I use it everyday this is the best printer I ever owned it print out photos real fast. If you are buying a printer for photos this is the best. I am a professional photographer

After reviewing written instructions somewhat intimidated so it took me a couple days to setup the printer up. Despite my errors, found between the disc and Epson website setting up the printer was automatic.

My Epson printer does what I need. It wasn't easy to figure out how to get it to do scans. I called customer support twice and although the 2 agents tried to be helpful, they were both hard to understand when they told me something. I tried a 3rd time and my friend worked with the agent and finally got everything to work.

Setup was straightforward. When it actually prints, the quality is fine for home use. However, this printer re-boot due to updates many times per week. 9 out of 10 times, I have to manually turn the printer off and back on to get anything to print. If I could, I would return this printer, but it worked long enough to miss Best Buy's return policy.

I'm happy with the quality and speed of printer. The only negatives are loading the paper is a little awkward and you can go through ink quicker than other copiers

does good printing photos & print. can't get hood up to wireless just right have to use usb cable.

I have been able to print documents and photos and they all come out perfectly

Great small home printer. Easily setup. Scans great.

Produces Great photos. But drops wifi connection often and randomly while sitting within feet of the wifi. Odd !!

I'm very pleased with this printer. It prints easily from my phone. Quality is very good. Speed is good
