It had one place to load the paper, and I knew where the paper would come out. To make copies was easy , just put the item to copy on the glass. With this XP-7100 there are too many places for the paper, I don't know where the copy is supposed to come out. There is no decent manual to follow. I recommend that you provide a class on how to operate it or at least a decent video. I am very disappointed.

Not Sure If I am going to like this printer

I got it to print off maybe 20 pictures and then it will no longer print anymore. It keeps jamming up in the back where it is suppose to pull in the paper and jams. I am going to try another kind of paper and see if it does the same thing. Not real pleased with it yet.

Ok for entry level. Strange paper tray

If you need to add paper you have to push in the retractable tray and remove all of your copies to access the paper storage tray.

Can copy and scan double-sided documents through document feeder. Individual ink cartridges are nice. Would like an ink tank option in this model printer.

Having rough time with new printer XP-7100

I had an older printer from 2014 that was much simpler. I do believe I've called Epson 3X's already. I have the online manual but still it is hard and usually if the manual is simple enough, I can figure things out. Not with this one. Sorry.....
