I loved our old Epson but this one is even better! We printed our Christmas picture and it was great.

What i like best is fairly easy to connect and print from phone. The photo quality is ok but i’ve had better. Prints are good. I don’t like the way output tray stays open after finishing print job but i understand why until you push the button to close it

This printer has been wonderful for our family and has been very reliable. It works great with everything including our cell phones for printing. It scans wonderfully. It does everything great. I highly recommend you get one for your family.

I would give this Printer zero stars if I could! It lasted a total of a month and a half. I went back-and-forth with Epson because the printer would no longer recognize the black ink. This was after I paid for Epson ink that didn’t work! They sent me a new black ink cartridge, that again didn’t work?! The sensor in printer that senses the ink cartridge is obviously bad in this unit. They then decided to send me a refurbished unit that had the exact same freaking problem would not recognize the black ink. All of this back-and-forth with Epson, apparently took me out of the return window at Best Buy. All the manager could offer me is to recycle it and offer to get a sales person to help me pick out another printer. Lol. I will never buy anything at Best Buy again.

It was just delivered today, The two items I cooked went very well. So far, I am very pleased.

Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Print quality is great. Ink usage is more than acceptable.

This is a very good printer. However, the installation took over an hour. It was not a simple "plug and play", but the instructions were sufficient for someone with a rudimentary understanding of the interface with a PC.

Great printer for most situations. Easy setup, and easy to use with Epson app for wireless printing.
