He was more concerned with helping a boy his age then an older woman. This hasn’t stopped me from being a repeat costumer.

Being I'm not terribly tech savvy, it was a little hard to hook up wireless, and q pretty long process. I still have to get it hooked up to do mobile print. It took everything out of me to do the regular hook up. hahaha

It really served the purpose and then more. I am able to scan, print, and copy, it's not very fast but it does the job. I like it more than I thought I would.

The software is easy to use, allowing me to scan and send documents with ease, and the printer connects with all of our phone, laptop and tablet devices. Very happy so far.
