One problem I've had is using the document feeder for duplicate copies, the paper keeps getting jam and you can't use the bed to do the duplexing.

He was more concerned with helping a boy his age then an older woman. This hasn’t stopped me from being a repeat costumer.

For a Mac , just use the printers on screen setup then add to your list of printers. Don't try to use the downloaded printer setup software.
