Printer works fine except I cannot get it to recognize my computer. I even had Geek squad try and figure it out with no success. That's disappointing.

Seems to have some issues when it sits for a while. Also seems to go through lots of ink. Pretty good print quality for the money, not sure if I would buy again.

A quality, budget-friendly, reliable printer. My second Epson and like much better than HP. Only thing I overlooked was fax capability. I have a dedicated second phone line for a fax-capable machine. Guess I will get used to scanning.

I mostly use this for a scanner and it has the automatic 2 sided scanning which I needed for notes in college. The scanning feature is awesome, high quality, and it was cheaper to buy this than a dedicated 2-sided scanner so it was a definite win for me.

Just got rid of my 12 year old HP printer/scanner. I've always had HP so this was a big change for me. Needless to say I'm not disappointed. Everything set up seamlessly and this unit also has USB port. Printing and scanning is a breeze as it should be.

When my HP died after 3 or 4 years of use, I bought this printer in December 30th of 2018 after some research and review of the ratings. Also I was happy to have some potential savings on ink. The set up was easy, however after 14 months, Feb 2020, I went to replace the colored ink cartridges which were unexpired and purchased from Best Buy. The printer refuses to acknowledge the ink cartridges which are Epson cartridges. After reinstalling multiple times I contacted Best Buy for advise. Unfortunately because it was a "maintenance Error" the Geek rep could not assist over the phone and stated it was probably a print head issue. (Apparently on all 3 color heads!) But it cannot currently be serviced due to the current Store closure RE: COVID pandemic. So I invested in the printer but didn't actually buy the Geek Squad Service. (Basically, I feel manufactures should make good products and standby them!) Too bad for me it was only warranted through December of 2019. Even though I am not a huge printer user, I am now out of a working printer, the cost of the printer and $50 worth of Ink! I had to wait several years to even be able to buy a printer when the HP died. So this is VERY Disappointing! I love Best Buy, But this product is JUNK! I would also say, the ink can be very difficult to replace as the levers are tightly fitted under the lip of the frame and the release buttons are cheap plastic tabs. Something to consider for replacing.

I hate reviews. I think most of them are faked. I've had this printer less than a year and it's going down to the dumpster after I finish writing this. It has had issues with wifi printing since I got it. It will spit out blank pieces of paper and then decide not to print. I spent the entire day - yes, all of one day, trying to solve problems with it. I'm pretty tech savvy - I worked as a web developer for a long time and have been in computers my whole adult life. This is a hunk of crap and I would caution anyone - you are wasting your money on this. Finally after I thought I got it to print from my phone tonight - it went into some sort of "cycling mode" and it sucked all the ink out of every cartridge down to where it said there was nothing left. I just spent $20 on a brand new black cartridge today. What a fool I was. The quality also was never good. The heads never could align properly. Best Buy should consider taking this printer off their line up because it is a lemon that nobody should ever have to deal with.

My use of the printer has been minimal since I bought it. My experience to date: 1. The setup took a little time but a bit of trial and error, I managed it. 2. The printing speed for ordinary word document is painfully slower than my older HP Deskjet 6840, which I retired.

Great printer for our scrapbook photos. I like the fact it is replacing a unit that uses the same ink cartridges. The older one still works we just wanted to update.
