My prior purchase was defective regarding ink alignment, so Beat Buy replaced this unit.

Our first one lasted 6 years I really love it so bought it again

This is a good double-sided printer/copier/scanner. I have mostly used it for scanning to PDFs and the top feeder is quick and scans clear.

I purchased this Printer at Best Buy in January 2021. In October, I got a message that an ink cartridge needed to be replaced. I installed a cartridge purchase directly from Epson and got a message " Maintenance error. Cannot recognize Ink Cartridge. Try installing again". After two more attempts,I called Epson and after several work around attempts, they could not solve the problem and they had to send me a replacement unit. In September 2022, less than a year later, I had a paper jam and when I fixed it, I started getting the same "need to replace ink cartridge" and "maintenance error...." I called Epson again and eventually a workaround worked. Now it is a MONTH LATER and the same paper jam, fix, "maintenance" message is popping up. The black ink cartridge is only ONE MONTH OLD. I called Epson again and this time they could not fix the problem after more than a half hour on the phone and now they want me to send the unit back again for ANOTHER replacement. This is not only unacceptable but this inability to print a document means I do not have a hard copy for an important meeting tomorrow morning. I am done with Epson and will find another printer. You would be smart to avoid buying this product.

I have always liked the Epson product line of printers. this particular product has far exceeded my expectations. The only down side was that there was not a printer cable included in the box.

Has all the features I was looking for. Auto 2 sided copy, scan and print and fax. Set up could be easier.

It's a good little compact printer that can do everything. Setup is straight forward and printing is fast

A couple of times something didn’t work, still don’t know why, but it seemed to work out after awhile. When it’s working well, it is awesome!!

Unfortunately, we couldn't use this printer, but it seemed like it would be good & was recommended by some Geeks. Return to Best Buy was easy.

So far I am quite pleased with this printer. I like the size of the display screen. However, sometimes the directions can be frustrating.

After the first one came to me broke, I was able to purchase another. I'm glad I did because I really like it. I haven't had to replace the ink yet and that's good.

Great machine, everything works as expected. I think it's a great bargain for the price and was expecting less but got more than I could have hoped for...only complaint as with most printers, ink life span and associated costs.

I would love to give a review on my new printer, but I am having trouble figuring out how to install it. It appears that I will have to bring my computer and the printer in to Best Buy to have somebody who knows how to do this...it appears I don't!!

Scanning is easy and results are above average. Printing was faster on my old workforce. Envelopes are very difficult and take a lot of steps. Wish it had the fax function.

My opinion is this is the best printer on the market. The sales rep was able to answer alkl my questions and provided me with what I wanted.,

I have owned Epson for at least 20 years, I buy a new unit every 3 years. One of the reasons for Epson is the ability to print on a Cd. Unfortunately this model is the last to offer that feature.

needed an printer to print on thick label paper. This printer does the trick. The auto feed top is great for scanning multiple receipts at one time. A little confusing at first to set up but once it is done it has proved to be great.
