I wanted a network printer. This print works great. Makes it own hotspot for conned device. Able to go wifi and direct connect. Suits all the aspects I was looking for. Plus after watching Steve jobs. I love the perfect square or the illusion of one...

This printer is an upgrade from my previous Epson printer and it has so many improved features. Love it.

Relaced my old epson. Works very well. Haven't scanned anything yet, but am hoping that works as well also.

Love this efficient and sturdy little dynamo! Does the job and doesn’t jam.

This is a good double-sided printer/copier/scanner. I have mostly used it for scanning to PDFs and the top feeder is quick and scans clear.

I have always liked the Epson product line of printers. this particular product has far exceeded my expectations. The only down side was that there was not a printer cable included in the box.

Very versatile. This printer is great for copying, scanning, photo printing and general printing.

This ‘all in one’ doesn’t have fax mode. If I knew that I would have gone for a different model.

Just got it and haven’t had the time to set it up yet to see how it works. Sill have to try it out

My use of the printer has been minimal since I bought it. My experience to date: 1. The setup took a little time but a bit of trial and error, I managed it. 2. The printing speed for ordinary word document is painfully slower than my older HP Deskjet 6840, which I retired.

I love the portability and functions. But I have to replace the ink a bit more often with this model

It's a good little compact printer that can do everything. Setup is straight forward and printing is fast

I purchased this Printer at Best Buy in January 2021. In October, I got a message that an ink cartridge needed to be replaced. I installed a cartridge purchase directly from Epson and got a message " Maintenance error. Cannot recognize Ink Cartridge. Try installing again". After two more attempts,I called Epson and after several work around attempts, they could not solve the problem and they had to send me a replacement unit. In September 2022, less than a year later, I had a paper jam and when I fixed it, I started getting the same "need to replace ink cartridge" and "maintenance error...." I called Epson again and eventually a workaround worked. Now it is a MONTH LATER and the same paper jam, fix, "maintenance" message is popping up. The black ink cartridge is only ONE MONTH OLD. I called Epson again and this time they could not fix the problem after more than a half hour on the phone and now they want me to send the unit back again for ANOTHER replacement. This is not only unacceptable but this inability to print a document means I do not have a hard copy for an important meeting tomorrow morning. I am done with Epson and will find another printer. You would be smart to avoid buying this product.

Got this during a sale for my sister in college. Decent printing output. Setup was a breeze.

A couple of times something didn’t work, still don’t know why, but it seemed to work out after awhile. When it’s working well, it is awesome!!

Great little printer. Reasonably priced, and goes everything I need it to do.

Has all the features I was looking for. Auto 2 sided copy, scan and print and fax. Set up could be easier.

I love the features, however, you have play around until you figure out how to maximize and utilize the ability to choose higher DPI for scanning, printing, and copying. For some I haven't figured out how to use for a 5x7 or bigger photo.

Unfortunately, we couldn't use this printer, but it seemed like it would be good & was recommended by some Geeks. Return to Best Buy was easy.

After the first one came to me broke, I was able to purchase another. I'm glad I did because I really like it. I haven't had to replace the ink yet and that's good.
