    Did research online about this printer. Everything was positive. Also it used the same ink as the printer it was replacing which was a plus for sure. Very happy with it.

    Great little printer - scanner works great and will scan both sides of a printed page - nice feature - screen based user interface works well - ink might be a bit expensive going forward only time will tell

    This printer does a good job on copy speed. It's a little more difficult than many printers in filling the paper if you run out in the middle of a job. Also cannot use generic ink cartridges and the Epson Printers a little pricy. Lastly this printer foes not come with a fax.

    there are usually issues when replacing ink cartridges. It says it cannot recognize the ink cartridge. Takes 4-5 tries.

    Work good, but when place paper in top tray the wheels or whatever moves paper sweak and squeals like it hasn't been picked in 29 years.

    My wife and bought this printer to use while homeschooling during the COVID crisis. The printer is very touchy so if using with kids around don't bother. It holds a small amount of paper and often tries to print from different trays. This is even after the correct one has been selected. If it was not for the current PHC I would have taken it back.

    Only issue it ran out of ink really fast and I only printed maybe 50 pages in black and white and the black ran out.

    This replaces and aged (11 year old) HP all-in-one inkjet. The big selling feature for me was the ability to print on printable optical media, CDs and DVDs. Very happy, and so far completely trouble free.
