So far I am quite pleased with this printer. I like the size of the display screen. However, sometimes the directions can be frustrating.

Great machine, everything works as expected. I think it's a great bargain for the price and was expecting less but got more than I could have hoped for...only complaint as with most printers, ink life span and associated costs.

Scanning is easy and results are above average. Printing was faster on my old workforce. Envelopes are very difficult and take a lot of steps. Wish it had the fax function.

My prior purchase was defective regarding ink alignment, so Beat Buy replaced this unit.

As a user I didn’t like the printer because of its weight and the noise it creates during each printing process which shakes the entire printer.

needed an printer to print on thick label paper. This printer does the trick. The auto feed top is great for scanning multiple receipts at one time. A little confusing at first to set up but once it is done it has proved to be great.

I have owned Epson for at least 20 years, I buy a new unit every 3 years. One of the reasons for Epson is the ability to print on a Cd. Unfortunately this model is the last to offer that feature.

I'd rather have a printer that could print black ink even if color toner/ink or photography black was low. I thought I would use all the features, but didn't.

For the price, this printer is great. I also own the Epson SureColor P400 for larger prints and art. Purchased this printer for smaller projects, scanner etc. works quite well and am very pleased. Can’t go wrong with Epson.

It's ok. I love that I can print from my Android phone. The paper tray seems flimsy, and when you turn on or off the printer, the control panel sometimes doesn't pop up or fold down all the way, like it gets hung up. Quality of photo prints are just ok. Was not impressed at all. They weren't very sharp and didn't "pop" at all. Maybe I don't know how to set it up properly? Very little instructions come with electronics these days so you have to search the internet for tutorials or you're out of luck.

So far the printer is working well. There are many more options for use than I’m using but the learning curve is pretty steep!

Printer works fine except I cannot get it to recognize my computer. I even had Geek squad try and figure it out with no success. That's disappointing.

Nice unit to replace my old Epson Artisan 810 which was OLD and getting less compatible with Windows 10. So far this new unit is nice. I have not had a chance to print a photo yet, so we shall see how it compares.

Its OK and for the price I would purchase it again. Just using it for the little ones claiming to be my kids

So far I'm very happy with my new Epson printer. I've been able to scan, copy and print. Had a little trouble hooking up to my computer, but geek squad hooked it up no problem. Ink is expensive - but shouldn't have to get too much.

My opinion is this is the best printer on the market. The sales rep was able to answer alkl my questions and provided me with what I wanted.,

The colors come out flat, the trays feel cheap, and the whole unit is bulky. By contrast, the XP-950 from years ago was far superior—better built, higher quality, and far more polished in design.

Exactly the printer we were looking for a price that was less than we expected.

So far I like it…haven’t used it a lot yet. The guy who helped set it up…didn’t offer a lot of assistance in its use
