The older I get the harder it is to set things up , but after a little time I got it and I love it. The fact that it has a card reader built in was a plus.

The young lady that helped me was excellent. She was professional and extremely helpful.

Works very well! definitely I recommend this. only problem the ink is very expensive. Try to get the ink on different websites :D

The printer works as advertised. Envelope printing is easy with the rear feed chute.

Excellent but I have had so many problems trying to have geek squad connect printer to computer n Vice verse. They have been excellent in helping me.

The paper tray is not really all that sturdy and gets jammed; but printer looks really well!

I love this printer. The mobile app makes it really awesome. I usually just print from my phone now, even when I am using my pc, because the mobile app has so many easy to access controls.

Reasonable for all it’s supposed to do. Still a lot to figure out, but I will eventually get it done.

My last printer was 8 years old. When it stopped working I wanted to replace it with an Epson. The images are very clear and it prints double sided from my phone.

Only giving it 4 stars because it’s difficult to clean the ADF scanner when there are smudges or debris under the plastic.

So far, am not happy with this printer. I have not done much printing with it. It is meant for photos I believe. I haven't done much color printing but it guzzles the ink. I don't think the sales person was in touch with my needs when he helped me select a printer. But I have been told that if I update the firmware, the problem may resolve. I love the construction of the printer. I feel it is exceptionally well made compared to my last 2 printers. It feels solid and I have really wanted it to work. I do hope to use it more creatively but am concerned about the ink guzzling. I think the settings are very complicated but maybe its ok if you are using it for creative work.

Excellent. No sign up or subscription required like HP. Buy it. It's great.

Have had a few issues with the machine not reading the ink codes, but the ink lasts a long time. Happy with it so far.

My first Epson printer. I like the features it provides. Prints, scans. Mutiple paper holders. Multipurpose all around.

I always have issues with printers and have used HP in the past so figured I'd go with Epson. Unfortunately I'm met with issues here as well...streaks...
