Also, I couldn't care less about points, like 99.99% of the people out there. I just don't understand all this card swiping in order to get a few points. I find that paying cash is no hassle. You asked.

Had this one for over a year and decided to do some scanning. This issue is a doozie!!! The User Manual (and tech folks) on the XP-7100 is incorrect - and I have had three people hang up on me when asking questions - obviously something is wrong. I was told I need 3rd party software!!!! First was technical support, then Sales support, now it was Customer Relations (ticket #210113004335, 1455 hrs, 01/13/21, Danielle)!!! As soon as I gave them the ticket number, they hung up!!! Anyway, the issue is OCR and scanning . The manual says it will provide me an editable .pdf from a scanned page of text - nope!!! Therefore, not sure if there are other things wrong in the manual, but they inferred I was wrong and it does not do that. I will happily listen to their taped conversation with me if it ever gets that far. Good luck with this printer!!!
