    This printer is a winner! Easy setup and operation. Brilliant features especially the document feeder, double sided scanning etc. Paid for itself just scanning one document - previously it would have mean't page by page - now just load document and press start. Good quality output and perfect for our household. Would recommend.

    A little confusing to set up but so far so good. It’s a a little heavy and loud and there are a lot of trays.

    Started off doing great but for some reason it dropped wifi connections on both pc & phone unable to print using wireless connection Still working out kinks unable to recommend it right now

    Everyday this printer has an error and must be rebooted manually. Epson had me reset wifi and still every day sometime multiple times a day. If it goes to sleep and you send a job to the printer it wont wake up. When you manually wake it the print spooler in the PC errors. Then nothing prints until you reboot the printer and cancel all print jobs.

    I have not experienced any major concerns since purchasing my printer. Initially, it took me a while to operate, but now smooth sailing. I have owned other brand printers which did not hold up to my expectation, but I am glad I switched brands and purchased this one.
