    I have had several Epson products in my 10 years of personal space after 35+ years in my professional career. Had this one for over a year and decided to do some scanning. This issue is a doozie!!! The User Manual (and tech folks) on the XP-7100 is incorrect - and I have had three people hang up on me when asking questions - obviously something is wrong. I was told I need 3rd party software!!!! First was technical support, then Sales support, now it was Customer Relations (ticket #210113004335, 1455 hrs, 01/13/21, Danielle)!!! As soon as I gave them the ticket number, they hung up!!! Anyway, the issue is OCR and scanning . The manual says it will provide me an editable .pdf from a scanned page of text - nope!!! Therefore, not sure if there are other things wrong in the manual, but they inferred I was wrong and it does not do that. I will happily listen to their taped conversation with me if it ever gets that far. Good luck with this printer!!!

    This printer is a winner! Easy setup and operation. Brilliant features especially the document feeder, double sided scanning etc. Paid for itself just scanning one document - previously it would have mean't page by page - now just load document and press start. Good quality output and perfect for our household. Would recommend.

    A little confusing to set up but so far so good. It’s a a little heavy and loud and there are a lot of trays.

    Started off doing great but for some reason it dropped wifi connections on both pc & phone unable to print using wireless connection Still working out kinks unable to recommend it right now

    I have not experienced any major concerns since purchasing my printer. Initially, it took me a while to operate, but now smooth sailing. I have owned other brand printers which did not hold up to my expectation, but I am glad I switched brands and purchased this one.
