    Easy set up and the wifi feature works great. Wife wanted it for crafts and it meets her needs. Seen faster printing, but not a high volume user. But quality is there.

    Have clear a "troubleshoot" after every print, nothing is wrong, nothing to troubleshoot, but have to close the troubleshoot every time to get back to the home touch screen

    The initial setup and usage of the printer has been very good so far. I haven’t used it enough to comment on things like photo printing quality, etc. I have only done basic document printing at this point. I am using it with Apple devices at the moment. I will be printing from windows soon.

    Printer is OK. A bit clumsy to use. Lasts about 3 years then smears all prints. Had to buy a new one on year 3.

    Print quality is excellent, works great with Wifi. The top feed cover is cheap in quality in my opinion. My only real complaint is whenever I go to print I have to choose the feeder or it automatically defaults to the CD tray.

    I love this one that prints on cds. But after having 4 or 5 of them I must say cheap is how it is made

    Multiple issues with ink cartridges. Have used lightly for 10 months and printer has become very slow and noisy. TERRIBLE "support" from Epson. I will never purchase another epson product again. This printer is a complete waste of money and then you'll spend a bunch more on ink. Research Epsons ink requirements and customer support before considering this item!

    This printer is awful. The printer is slow to start. It uses a very large amount of ink (even just black). It jams easily. Don't make the same mistake I did. Just get a laser printer if most of your printing is black and white!

    Printer has network issues when you need to print and requires an update every other day. You have to reconfigure the network connections in order for it to function as expected. Also, your computer cannot find it when it searches for printers, you have to turn the printer on and off a few times until it eventually finds it. I've owned this product for about 8 months now.

    Keep getting this: System Error An error occurred Turn the device off and back on again. If this occurs again, contact Epson support. 302626 This is my third exact printer! Very frustrated

    Thought I did enough research before buying. I like Epson, so decided to buy this one. Set up was a flash. Love photo printing. So printed my first picture, it looked 'ok'. Made a photo project for a family member. Wanted to print one last small photo when it finally stopped working. Said 'no wi-fi connection. Reinstalled, read numerous troubleshooting articles. printer just wouldn't re connect to wifi. Owned only a little over a week. Waste of time. No wonder its on sale, been a for while. Trying to rid them to us. Don't buy. Crap printer.

    This printer added a whole host of unnecessary programs and it was annoying to use it. The print quality was terrible. Very very slooooow. I returned it.

    I bought this after my Canon gave out after 10+ years and I am very sorry that I did. Every single day there is an error that requires me to restart the printer. It is noisy, takes forever to print and the ink has to be replaced frequently (and I do not print a lot) which is expensive. I should have returned this when I had the chance. Waste of money

    Hardware Malfunction After a Year of Min Use.

    We barely used this printer. In two years we ran out of ink once to give you an idea. It stopped connecting to Wifi and therefore we are unable to use it as intended. Called Epson and they concluded that it was a hardware malfunction and since we are outside the year warranty, we are out of luck. I wouldnt buy this again.
