    I am so angry about this printer. It is not cheap, and I have had nonstop problems with it since I bought it. Now, the paper constantly jams. Troubleshooting won't fix it. If I turn off the printer, the jammed paper is ejected in the normal spot. I have gone through everything they tell you to fix the problem, but it still won't work. Never again buying Epson. It is just so frustrating to have another problem in a long line of issues in the year since I bought it.

    This piece of crap broke within 3 months of very light use. I tried calling Best Buy for support and couldn't get anyone on the phone who could assist. Contacted Epson and they said they would send me a remanufactured one. I asked for a NEW one and the pushed back... epic fail by all parties

    Piece of junk. I specifically asked for recommendations for a printer that would be compatible with my Macbook Pro. After following the enclosed instructions to set up, multiple attempts to resolve the problem by phone and chat, followed by TWO several hour long at-home (expensive) visits by Geek Squad "pros", still won't scan, and keeps giving me messages about updates, which I've tried to find a way to install wherever there supposed to go (again, no instructions!), to no avail. Avoid like the plague.

    Poor Print Quality

    Worked well for a few months, but then started having issues with print quality. Tried cleaning and alignment of print heads, new cartridges etc, still having issues with printing. Scanning features work fine but don't rely on this for quality printing.

    Epson XP-7100 -- try another printer/copier!

    Auto document feeder has never worked. It jams even with pristine documents. Uses ink much faster than other printer/copiers I have had. It's also not the most intuitive printer I have used as far as loading paper. On the positive side, the wi-fi set up was super easy and has been consistently reliable, so for general printing it works great. But I bought this particular model for the ADF for scanning documents and since that has never worked I cannot recommend this printer/copier.

    Epson printers ain't worth a penny. I used this printer 1 time an it will not print anymore. Replaced all the ink an it still says I have the original black ink in it. Replaced the black ink twice. This was the 2nd Epson printer I had bought this year from Best Buy. They both do the same thing. I will never buy anything else that Goodison wrote on it. At the time I bought it I wanted the extended warranty on it, but the told me it wasn't available on the printer. So I got stuck with 2 printer that want work but 1 or 2 times. I checked for complaints on Epson printer's an guess what their is hundreds of complaints about the same problem on the internet. I wasted 300.00 on something that isn't worth a penny

    Initial supply of ink ran out quickly, and I ordered "genuine" ink cartridges direct from Epson. It took a month and constant inquiries before the ink arrived. The printer readout said both of the cartridges were not recognized. I returned them but didn't get a refund. Meanwhile I've used up all the photo black and don't want to order cartridges and face the same problem. Epson CS won't do anything unless I find out why the cartridges I returned weren't refunded. Epson products and service cannot be trusted.

    Have to Reboot Every Day to Keep WiFi Connection

    EVERY day I want to use the Printer I have to first Reboot it for my PC to see it on my WiFi. My computer and printers are 3 ft. away from each, and my WiFi router is 30-40 ft. away from both with no walls or floors in between. I've called support, they can't help. It seems like when the printer panel goes into sleep mode (which can't be adjusted), it loses it's WiFi connection, which makes no sense, but that is what seems to be happening.
