I bought this printer January 2016. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad Product replacement. In February of 2018 I bought Epson Ink from Best Buy I brought it home, put it in the printer and over the course of a week, the printer was showing I was out of ink when I went to print. I finally got it to print and there was ink everywhere. I think the ink cartridge was bad so I contacted Epson about it. I've had no issues with this printer until now, right after my replacement plan runs out. They said that it was a problem with my printer and that I could have it looked at and if it was the cartridge they would replace the printer. I've had $50 printers last much longer than 2 years and now I have to buy another printer. I'm assuming that it's not going to get looked at for free so if it is a printer problem, not only will I have to pay a service fee but also buy a new printer. Really disappointed in this product now.

This is the worst printer I have ever used. It takes minimum of an hour to connect to internet and I don't believe came with a cord to hardwire it. But it does come with the cord to set up faxing. Since I moved in December I haven't been able to get it working. And It isn't even worth selling at this point.

I've had the epson xp830 for a couple months. It prints. Speed is better than my last printer (6 years old), but not great. I can't get the ADF to work. Wi-fi printing is nice. The paper cartridge is awkward to load. I wouldn't recommend it.

This is an upgrade from my previous Epson Printer. I love this printer because it has a smaller footprint; paper and photo paper have separate trays which lie flat; prints on both sides; on screen menu; easy to change ink toners with caps; and easy to operate. This is an awesome printer which also works by WiFi. Print quality is clear. I made a copy of my check and couldn't tell the difference between original and copy. Price is excellent for this printer!

    To High Tech

For a basic all-in-one printer, the printer is to high tech for me in regards to everything it can do wirelessly. The instruction manual is non-existent unless you find it online and took me forever to get the scanner to work. I wish it was just a bit more basic as my kids have had difficulty knowing how to use it.

I'm returning this printer. I didn't like a lot of things about this product starting with ease of use and slow printing speeds. I had a HP photosmart Premium 309g for 8 years and until it developed scanning problems, I loved it! I went out today and bought another HP product.
