So the printer worked for about 5 months. I didn't use it that much. I probably printed about 25 documents in that time. During that time I had to change 3 ink cartridges. I finally went to print a photo for the first time and the paper started jamming. I tried every type of paper, including just regular paper for documents and they all jam. I've bought the two previous models to this one. They have all lasted about 1-2 years. I've been getting fed up with this one. I can't even assign the printer to use rear cartridge from my computer. I have to manually tell the printer through the screen to load the paper from the back. I think I will leave Epson and hopefully find something else. Hopefully something else that doesn't use as much ink, and lasts longer than 5 months.

I purchased this Epson printer because it was rated very favorably. Unfortunately, it was the worst printer I have ever owned. First, it is cumbersome to operate. lt has front and back points for printing which made it difficult and loading paper or photo paper was not easy. One of the most irritating things about it was that it never connected easily via wireless with my computer. Most times I would have to reboot the printer before it could find my computer. I never could find a way to print in draft mode and it used ink more quickly than any other printer I have owned. If any of the 5 ink cartridges runs out of ink the whole printing process stops. I could not print only in black until I bought another cartridge of whatever color had run out.

Had some difficulty setting up - had to call customer support.

Printer is pretty smoothly but has some issues with wifi

I have found this printer to be more difficult to use than any I have ever owned. The quality of print is comparable to my previous printers, however you must jump through hoops to merely print a document, let alone a photograph. I will not buy Epson when I replace.

Seems to work fairly well, slower that I am use to

I bought an Epson printer but am not happy with it. Will not accept foreign ink (non-Epson). The black ink smears and does not always print every line that needs to be printed. I will not buy an Epson product in the future.

Had this printer for two years. Worked great when we first got it. After replacing the ink the printer would not print black and white. Always said the ink was out even after replacing it.

Very disappointed that I've had this for a little over 2 years and it will no longer recognize the printer cartridges. The printer saw minimal use. I would have only given it one star but only paid $100 on sale

Have to register and sign up everything before you can try to connect your printer to computer. Would not recognize internet connection nor email address. Customer support is just recordings telling you to look on the web.

printer quit working & it took 2 full months of e-mailing serial # etc & sending pics of display & they FINALLY sent me a new cartridge to try. Should have bought a printer that was warrentied at the store.

I have installed and downloaded software for several printers but none as ridiculously difficult as this one. Every time I try to print, it's calling for another update. I wish I had returned it!

Most troublesome printer ever purchased. Needs ink replacement frequently with little use. Printer lost power needed to replace prior to 1 year. Poor telephone support

Literally only use this printer to prink out like 2 college papers a month, black ink only, yet every month it tells me i need to replace ALL my colored ink. Refuses to print even all black papers until they are replaced. It makes no sense to me, I am going to switch to something different that hopefully will not lie about the ink levels.

IF 1 INK RUNS OUT PRINTING WILL STOP WITH NO WARNING. MOST PRINTERS LET YOU KNOW INK IS RUNNING LOW, NOT THIS ONE.

On initial set-up kept giving 0x41 error code. Called Epson customer support tech. (Out-sourced). Tech kept trying to full register but all I had asked was what the error code meant (did not want to answer me unless I registered) finally told me it was a firmware issue (bad printer) said they would ship me another printer but when I asked if replacement printer would be brand new or refurbished he answered that he didn’t know that it probably would be refurbished. I returned to Best Buy.

Sales person not very knowledgeable about products and really did not want to help. Only reason I purchased from your company needed one

It did not work very well with my computer. Comparability problems. It uses a lot of ink and can be expensive
