I got a great buy on this printer. It works great.

Does everything I need it to do. I am able to print from all my devices now.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a printer. After looking at them I made the decision to buy this one. This printer is small, has a good look, and after reviewing its capabilities I bought it. The price was good for this item. This printer has met my needs.

I have not hooked up the fax but I love this machine.

The printer is an upgrade for my 5 yo HP that was showing it's age. The Epson has a much smaller footprint, more functions, and new software. The feature to print and copy both sides is fantastic, well overdue for this household and easy to use.

I bought it for my mom as I have an Epson and it came top rated by Consumer Reports. My mother is not the best with technology so besides an issue of her attempting to run a check through the feeder, she is doing pretty well with the printer.

This is a good photo printer for the average user.

good printer for home use, able to do copy, print and scan.

The print quality is excellent with very good print speed. The only thing preventing me from giving this five stars is that it doesn't seem that efficient as I'm going through ink cartridges rather quickly.

The print quality is very good. I don't like having separate cartridges for each color of ink. I feel like I am constantly replacing a cartridge. I have not been able to scan a photo and send it to my computer via wireless/Bluetooth.. My old printer "just did it". So far I have not had any issues with the paper being picked up. That's a big plus. My last printer constantly told me it was out of paper or tried to pick up paper from the wrong paper tray. It's so nice to hit print and know it s going to print without an issue. Overall I am quite satisfied but, prefer the two cartridge printers.

I love my new printer... I wanted one that prints great quality photo but everything now is an all in one and I didn't know what one to get. The people at Best Buy helped me and I ended up with a great printer. Great quality prints and it does everything else

I am satisfied with my purchase and the treatment from Best Buy is always top notch.

The first one delivered would not scan from the input tray, but Epson quickly replaced with a new one. The second has worked perfectly, producing good quality prints and scan, and easily networked.

I was looking for a photo printer and have been very happy with the quality. I did not rate higher because I find the paper drawers difficult to manage and the automatic opening tray gets stuck from time to time.

The print quality is as expected; setup was easy. However you need a lot of patience to print everything; ever a one paragraph word document.

Unit looks great, intuitive touchscreen menu, wireless printing from phone is seamless, copier is perfect for small business needs. Maintenance free and ink lasts a long time

This is the only line of printers I have found that will print on CD's.
