It got high marks from both. For the most part the reviews are accurate but we've only had the printer a short time, so durability can't be addressed. My only complaint is the instructions for set up and registration left us scratching our heads. Through a bit of trial and error we got it up and running. So far we are pleased and can recommend it for quality and value.
