I could not return it because the issue showed up to days after they prescribed return Period. The ink does not last very long either. I feel like it was a total waste of my money and I am going back to H P.

As is typical for a low-price inkjet device, the ink replacement is more costly than we would like, but not significantly more so than any of the other models on the market. This machine does what it promises to do, and seems to do a pretty god job of that so far.
