I did research home printers in several sources, including Best Buy reviews, and found this particular model to be the best choice for us. I find the control panel very easy to use, and the interface with our pc was done without a hitch. Letter and photo papers feed just fine. So far, very pleased with this new machine that prints sharp photos and crisp text pages.

prints great, scanning not so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great wireless printing. am a bit disappointed with the small size of the ink cartridges. there is software to scan a photo, but no software to scan a document. my old Epson software would allow scanning in any form, to any format. This is a huge shortcoming for this all in one printer.
