I've used the copier and scanner and they both work as advertised. If I have a complaint, it's the same that I have for all printers, it could be a bit faster. Other than that no real complaints. I didn't read any reviews before purchasing and took the advice of a Best Buy Salesperson.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The day we got this the usage was to print on some 5x7 envelopes, but also have an AIO (we were downsizing from a Canon Pixma Pro 9000) After a sub-par experience attempting to print on envelops with another AIO, we gave this one a shot and everything worked great. It wired up to our network without issue and also integrates well with many remote print options (google cloud, e-mail, etc) So far we haven't been disappointed!

If youn run Win7, do not buy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer because it was a Consumers Report top value printer (it was #2). However, when I brought it home and intsalled it, I found out that there are no functioning drivers or support for someone running Windows 7 (I run 7 Pro). To make it somewhat functional, I had to install the drivers for Win8/10 (with the help to tech support who then tried scare tactics to tell me my PC was full of issues and they could fix them and keep me protected for $200/year.) The issue with the wrong drivers is that it is for a similar printer with an extra ink cartridge so no color printing is even viewable, let alone close to correct coloring. Black and white print works fine and will have to do for me for the present time. I am sure once I upgrade to Window 10 (or buy a new PC) that this will be an outstanding printer (Consumers Report is very thorough but they test current systems and not on one as old as mine.)
