I took 2+ hours of hassle, hacks, and profanity to get it on line and printing. Epson is too cheap to put many actual words in the set-up manual, just stick-drawing cartoons. What do you do when the hardware doesn't perform like the drawings. I never got the CD with the software to load, I had to go to the Epson web site and download the software and a firmware update as well. After 15 minutes of waiting, the printer announced it was online and reading the wi-fi, but my computer couldn't find it. More searches and more profanity ensued. Finally, I found the problem myself when one sentence, in English or French, in the Epson manual would have pointed me in the right direction. I still can't load CD's and the fax feature had to be disconnected as it was answering every phone call with a fax tone.
