This I was able to lift and carry myself easily. Disappointed in how quickly ink cartridges run out. Payed half the cost for this one. Old HP indestructible..this flimsy in comparison.We will see how long it lasts. Hoping to be surprised.

I use it to print mailing labels for other sizes. Naming of pdf files of scanned documents is awkward. Printer asks for file name "prefix" and adds a sequence number. After saving I have to change the file name.

We bought the same printer for ourselves 1 year ago and just love the remote printing from our computer or phones wherever we are. Fun to get home and have prints waiting. Also like that individual colors can be replaced as needed versus a multi-color printhead and the ink does not expire and stop printing like out old printer.

We had a different brand of an all in one for some time and were used to their excellent customer service. Well it was getting old and so we thought we would branch out into another brand. We took it home but did not open the box. The next day we called their customer service to see what it was like. We were told by two different phone advisors that we would have to pay for updates for the printer. The next day we went to Best Buy and saw the epson rep. there. That person said they had never heard of that. We didn't want to take the chance since the discrepancy was a possible glimpse into future encounters.
