Great Price but scanning feature doesn't work

The printer works great, but the scanning feature doesn't work at all. The software for Epson is really slow, and scanning causes my computer (only a year old) to really heat up.

This was highly rated for the photo printing capability. The paper trays don't hold a lot of paper, but we didn't need it to. The envelopes feed from the back, which is a little cumbersome. Our Best Buy sales associate was very helpful and informative, and not pushy.

It completes all the basic functions well, although the scanning is a little bit slower than I would have liked. Overall though, for the price, so far so good.
