It took three attempts to get it installed (frustrating) but once we attained this goal, it has been working fine and without complications. Have NOT had to go through new ink cart. install yet so will cross that bridge soon.

When it went on sale I decided to go ahead and buy it. I had a little bit of a hard time installing the drivers, but once I got that problem solved (uninstalled and reinstalled twice) the printer has worked great.

Printer works well (maybe with the exception that filling with paper is a little backwards... Colors are bright, handles various weights or Paper... 6x4 cards... Duplexing works great... ADF works great...

The only issue I and others have with it is the ink management. The printer alerts you that the ink is finished when it really is not. I use 3rd party ink to make up for that so I am not paying a high price for the manufacturer's ink.

Then, he told me more about the printer so I thought I would try it. It was a good choice. It did take awhile to set up the wifi. The disc would only download to about 75% so I went online and downloaded from the website --then it was easy.
