after years of faithful service our Epson XP 820 finally crapped out. we immediately purchased the newer model XP 830. Performance is excellent across the range of requirements we expect: copying, color, scanning, etc.

Lovely printer creates it’s own network ID so you can print from your phone (with the roght software) or computer without sharing internet. Also was able to make it work on Vellum with the rear paper feed.

We bought this for our grand daughter. We bought it on line and had it shipped to SC. Shipping was free and it arrived on time before Christmas. She loves it, especially the two-sided printing.

What can I say? It's a multi-function printer that seems to work properly. We were replacing an older Canon because it was getting harder and harder to find ink refills for it.

I have had no issues with the printer at all. I was expecting some issues at set up considering it is wi fi but I had none. The printer is not too loud and is working fine so far.

Prints paperwork fine, pictures took a while to figure out due to the paper loading. Very confusing at first.

Nice printer. My only complaint is that it is a little difficult to reload with paper. Always nervous I'm going to break something in the process. Go slow and you'll be ok.

I bought this to replace my old printer from college. I’m a physician and do a lot of paperwork from home. This printer is the perfect for home office use. Very versatile but compact. Highly recommend.

Epson - Expression Premium XP-830 All-In-One Printer - Black I bought this all-in-one printer to use for faxing & printing documents & photos. I was told this prints exceptional photos & is worth the extra cost of the ink (more expensive than the average). I don't see exceptional photo printing above other printers. What I DIDN'T know & was not told, was when you run low on ONE of the ink colors; you HAVE TO REPLACE ALL the ink or it will not print anything!!! Very wasteful, expensive, and frustrating!

We had the most amazing salesperson, Steve, when we purchased this TV. He gave us such good advice and explained differences between higher and lower cost tvs. It was a terrific experience and we love our tv!

The only complaint that I have is that I wish that the paper tray was larger. It doesn't take very long to go through the stack. If not for this, I would have given it a 5 star.

Printer prints ok, not a very large paper tray and envelopes hard to print. mainly bought to print on cd media but haven't tried CDs yet. My older Epson did a decent job on cd media so guessing this one will also. Have printed a couple hundred documents and used the scanner feature and results were OK. Not fond of the automated output tray seems like something that will probably break. Over all an ok printer but after using would probably not buy it again and wish I had purchased a specialized cd media printer.

Have had this printer since April and experience no problems thus far. There was a tiny bit of trouble setting up the wireless component, but once setup it has been smooth sailing.

I purchased this for my granddaughter up at Sonoma State. She needed a dependable and reliable printer where the ink didn’t cost more than the printer. I have always had great luck with Eason printers.

My second Epson XP series printer. This one's set up black cartridge failed on one side. Replaced cartridge and OK so far, but used up lots of ink trying to clean head.

I like the feature that allows it to scan both sides of a document so the front and back appear when using PDF mode. The top load tray can handle many pages to feed without jamming up.

The feature I like the most is the wireless one! To be able to print from my phone or note is great! Very pleased with the quality of printing. Haven't used for photos yet, but looking forward to that!

Purchased new Epson printer. Had an Epson for many years without any problems so when it was time to replace we went with the same dependable choice and happy we did. Highly recommend the Epson.

We had an HP printer before, and it really glitchy with windows 10. Out of frustration, we decided to replace it. Consumers reports rated the Epson very highly. So far, we are happy with our decision.
