This printer does an excellent job in all phases of operation. The best feature is the large ink tanks. I purchased this after reading the reviews and specifications. It stated one feature was automatic 2 sided printing. I thought this meant in all phases. When using the ADF and trying to print on 2 sides you will find this feature will not work. It was difficult to find help on the web site but when I did inquire the answer came quickly. This unit will not copy a 2 sided document to a 2 sided page. Other than that this is a very good machine.

The down side is that if it gets a paper jam, it is hard to take the paper out. Other than tan that I recommend it for small business office

Nice quality printer. It’s wonderful not having it buy and replace ink cartridges. Print almost every day ink is still over 3/4 full.

Fast printer, large ink tanks, loads large stack of paper, used it to fax once already. Just really like it.

This printer works very well for copying, and documents off computer. It came with enough ink to last a very long time.

This was my first experience with an eco tank printer and I was very impressed. The Epson WorkForce ET-4750 EcoTank is a great printer to have. The look of the printer is lovely and the size was perfect for my desk. The printer was a very easy to set up. I read and followed the instructions but the process was very simple you could almost set up the printer without them. This was due to the fact that the printer has a touchscreen that displayed the steps as you set it up. The ink tanks are one of my favorite parts of the printer. The container is translucent so you can see the amount of ink you have. Immediately after I set up the printer I printed a bunch of paperwork I needed for the week. I was amazed by the amount of ink that I didn't use and the quality of the printing. I was expecting to run the ink down like I usually do on other printers but when I looked at the tank it looked like I didn't print anything. I strongly believe that the ink will last 2 years. Another function that I liked about the printer was the wifi connectivity. You are able to connect the printer to other devices such as tablets and phones. I liked the design of the printer because everything is stacked vertically so the paper is stored at the bottom and you don't have to worry about having papers stored at the top of your printer. It has a nice, sleek and professional look in my opinion. Though I love the touchscreen, my only complaint is that the screen is quite small. It can be a tad annoying when needing to access different functions and struggling to select the proper box. Overall, I love the printer and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a printer. Yes, upfront it may seem pricey but when you take into consideration all of the money you save on ink and all of the functions you have available, the price is definitely worth it and you save money in the long run.
