FAX and copy work good. The screen is a little small 2" x 1-1/2" for larger fingers, might need a stylus pen. I had no trouble though. I use the multi feed to copy paper files and discovered one had to do it from the home screen, not the Ap or program to make PDFs with more than one page. Better than not at all though. Overall a good product.
