Had to call Epson and after a long process, they said we had to go through the computer menus in order to scan and could not use the regular scan button on the printer...why is it there then? Prints nice, but disappointed that it is not just one touch scanning.

Plus once you register the product you get a email address assioated to the printer so you can print from anyware and have the items waiting for you when you get home!
