It is a good product while it works. Don't buy it unless you buy Best Buy extended warranty, if it breaks they give you a new one. It usually breaks when paper gets jammed. They gave new one twice. Too expensive for the quality. If I wouldn’t have bought the warranty option I would have probably given a lot of heat to return it.

Print speeds are a little slow but ink usage is minimal. Print quality is good too

This primer is busy a tad bit noisy but the printer is the best I had.

Workforce ET-4750 EcoTank All-In-One Setup for this type of printer was easy, at first I guessed the weight is about 10 to 15 pounds, website shows it is 16 pounds, so not that heavy, but keep in mind every person may have a different opinion. When opening the package you will get 2 years of ink in the box: 2 sets of bottles each for each color, so you will get 2 black(T502), 2 cyan(T502), 2 magenta(T502), and 2 yellow(T502) ink bottles. The ink you have with this printers equivalent to 30 sets of ink cartridges. Also the price of ink may vary store to store, overall the prices are fair. Refilling the printer with ink took me less than 10 minutes to do, but each person's experience will be different. The printer has a an auto stop function when refilling, so when you go to refill black for example when the ink is full, the process will stop filling and you may or may not have ink left over. Also in the box will be the power cord, manual, and CR-Rom / Software. Once your printer is out of box you have a couple different options, to either plug in via Ethernet or via Wireless, you can as well plug the printer into your PC via usb cord. For the average user, setup should be easy if needing to go ahead use setup guide, if you have issues beyond that as I know everyone is different, then reach out to Epson support. So I went ahead did set the printer up on my network with both Ethernet and Wireless capabilities, then plugged the USB into my Workstation PC. Over all setup was easy for me and in timely manner. I as well when setting up printers did not use the CD/software that comes with it, I prefer manual setups. For the average user I would suggest using the CD / software that comes with your product, but of course this depends on your tech savviness. So in my opinion I can see this printer being used in both a small or medium side business environment or person use. It would mainly depend on how many pages the user is wanting to print, if you are needing a printer to print a lot of pages in a given amount of time then this printer is for you. Also I went ahead tested how this printer works with copying and printing from a book, images from the internet, documents, as well tried the 2 sided printing and quality of each print was good in my book. Side note for 2 sided printing: I will point out for those who may happen to read this review, you may see some say this printer does not support 2 sided printing, as stated on the box and Epson website, but it does in fact support this. It took me a while to figure it out, you have to make sure when doing 2 sided printing you open the top feed bay as I will call it and on the top tray put the pages facing up, the printer will scan/copy each page needing to be printed 2 sided. The process in my opinion was fast and easy, but take into consideration it will depend on each user and how many pages you are needing to print at a time. The speed of the prints were fast, but again this will depend on each user. I preferably wish the following were possible in my opinion: bigger touch screen, 5Ghz Wi-Fi Network Connection, front USB and memory slot, as stated I would like to have seen these, but not a big deal, but overall wished the printer did support the 5GHz network connection I mentioned. Pros: Energy Star Qualified. Print/Copy/Scan/Fax. Ethernet port capability. USB cord to PC in case you wish to not be Wi-Fi. Duplex Printing. EcoTank, an upgrade to having to replace ink cartridges all the time. Supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi Connection Prints 14,000 Pages black & 11,200 Pages Color. Cons: higher price than other printers. Screen size is small 2.4 color touchscreen. Does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi connection. No USB in front. No memory card print options. So the number one question to ask is, would I recommend this, and the answer would be yes. I have own several printers in my life and the number one issue I faces was having to replace each ink cartridge which can be an issue depending on different situations. With the Ecotank it is life and time saver. Life saver because you have a tank of ink, you do not have to go and buy ink cartridges all the time, example say you are a college student or writing a report for your job and you run out of ink, stores closed and unable to print what is due within couple hours or next day. (everyone experience is different of course), Well having the ecotank, which is equivalent to 30 sets ink cartridges, allows you to have more ink on hand and even better yet with this printer you are given 2 years of ink, which basically depends on how much you print. To add depending on your budget, may depend on if you want to get this printer now or wait for a price drop, or even a sale. Overall I used the printer to do a lot of copying of medical papers, printing research, and photos. The quality of photos was great as I used Epson photo paper and standard paper, remember quality will depend on the style of paper used for whatever may be printed.
