The thing I always hated about my old printer was getting and installing new color cartridges. It seemed to need it almost monthly. The large tanks for colors on this printer last much, much longer. This is a huge breakthrough for the industry. I will never go back!

Seems to be what was needed. My wife loves it. Very easy to use.

Paper tray feels cheap. Lots of trouble with initial setup. Had to call tech support to get scanner to work and resolve communications error. Print quality is good, but inkjet is lots slower than laser that I have been using. Have not yet tried some functions, so can't give final review yet.

Works great easy to set up makes clear concise copies

Does everything I want. Except when I want to make to make a sided copy.The auto feed does not send back thru for the 2nd side.I learned the easy way is to make copy of each side then feed thru auto feeder when set for two sided copies the it works great. ALSO makes sided copies direct from the internet.

Not only was this printer on sale for $100 off, but there was a $50 trade in for my old hp printer, and I had a $30 reward from a previous purchase of a tv. The eco-tank system is a great innovation and I think (with the little printing that I actually do) that I’m set for the next five years.

Finally an answer to having to spend tons of $$$ replacing ink cartridges. I used to limit color printing, but with this printer I don't hold back one bit. I do a fair amount of printing and the first set of ink bottles lasted two years and it came with two sets!

Nice Printer , so far it working very good . doing the job it was design to do. no problem .prints well , great colors. Like the way I can load 250 papers . prints all day. with out running out of paper or ink. I like it a lot. I just upgrade from a 3620 and this a way better machine.

I like the idea that it has a large ink well. Good print.

I love this printer minus 2 things. First off it does not copy double-sided or scan double sided. You can’t even copy 2-1. And also the printer is not the fastest. It prints off black-and-white at a decent speed but if you’re printing stuff with a lot of color it can take 10+ seconds for one page.

I bought this to replace 2 other printers in my home, and use it wireless. After setup with the USB cable, I was able to set up the wireless feature. I was pleased that I can also use from anywhere in our house from the laptop computers both my wife and I are using. Very handy.

Instructions for wireless setup were very clear. Was able to set up connections to three computers is less than an hour. Filling with the ink supplied was also very easy, it does most of the work for you. Just read through all the instructions before starting the filling process.

I do a lot of printing but within the limits and capabilities of this unit. Unfortunately after about 500 pages something went off track and it leaves blank spaces until I let it cool down. Good for small day to day use but no heavy lifting

Had this printer for over 2 years. The ink reservoir is a great feature. Still have not had to refill the ink. Much less expensive to own. Print quality it just average, but quality fits our needs (it’s not laser jet quality). I like this printer.

Blows the doors off my last two HP printers which were generally more highly rated. I"ll never buy HP again. Ink is lasting much longer and it could not be easier to "eyeball" the rate I use it. Prints great B&W and color. Wish I had bought this printer years ago.

Finally No More dried ink cartridges to contend with. I got tired of replacing expensive ink cartridges after a few times of use due to them drying out. This printer uses actual ink which does not dry out. Bonus is it came with two full bottles of ink for each color so will last me for the year

Bought this when the HP8720 i originally purchased did not handle card stock. This handles card stock fine; however, I felt the build of the HP and the associated apps, onscreen options were superior. Overall, a decent, but not great printer.
