This printer has had problems from the day we got it. After contacting customer support they told us that the resolution was to just plug the computers into the printer using a USB. VERY inconvenient. We paid for the WIFI printer and expect to be able to use it wirelessly. Also, this printer is only 3 months old, and they refused to repair or replace the printer under warranty. As a side note, we had previously purchased the 3750 model, which was broken straight out of the box as well. There was an error on the screen from the moment we powered it on that no one with epson customer service could figure out how to fix. We ended up returning that printer and assumed it was a fluke and tried the 4750 for the additional fax feature. Big mistake! I suggest staying away from all epson printers until they can get their quality issues fixed.
