Nice machine - has all the features you could want

I replaced an old workforce all in one printer with the ET-4750. I did so because of the ink costs. Big mistake. The scanner on the ET-4750 is slow and cumbersome. I scan many documents at home. I will now have to get a separate scanner. Should have stuck with the old model.

Still trying to figure out all the settings/features etc

I love the idea of the Ink Tank, but otherwise am VERY disappointed with this printer. Flimsy, floppy cassette and output tray. Have had LOTS of trouble with mis-aligned print and streaked print, and am now having MAJOR paper jam problems. WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER EPSON PRINTER.

This is very noisy printer compared to others I've owned and the one I use at my office. I'm less than thrilled with the software as I can't seem to set double-sided as the default. The print colors are not as rich as I would have liked.

Printer was expensive, loud and used a lot of ink. Printer stopped working after 537 pages; at which time I returned it to BB.

All other devices in my home work fine as I have a strong wi-fi signal. I have to o the setup procedures when the print is not used for a few days. I currently cannot print from my laptop computer. So frustrating. otherwise printer works fine.

I purchased the Epson ET-4750 excited about the 2 years of Ink that came with. Turned out that the ADF (Automatic Document Feed) simply would not pull a page through the feeder - it would ONLY pull a page from the tray in the bottom. So - no Faxing — and no putting a document in the feeder so it would make a copy of it. I called Epson Support, and they simply sent me a new one. But - it had the SAME Problem. I called Epson and explained the issues with that printer. I took the Epson back to Best Buy, and they refunded. A couple days later, I bought the latest HP printer, and it works fine.

This is the worst printer I have ever encountered. I was excited because when I went to the Best Buy store there was a Epson Sales Representative there and he explained that all my apprehensions based on Amazon reviews were of no worry. Amazon reviews warn against purchasing this and I should have listened but the sample prints the rep. showed me were beautiful. I got this printer home and setup was easy and not complicated at all. At first I was impressed because the setup was easy, then when I went to print the printer would not grab the paper that was in the cassette. This was a little frustrating, I eventually got the paper to flow through and attributed it being new but then every single time I went to print it would grab the paper and I had to hand feed it into the printer. That is the most RIDICULOUS thing i have ever seen. The printer cost TOO much to have to hand feed the paper into the printer, then the quality if the prints in just color and not anything special were sub par and not even bright. I changed some settings and still the prints were dull and looked nothing like the sample prints displayed by the sales representative. Needless to say the printer is going back to Best Buy today and I will be on the search for another printer. All the critical reviews I have read all have stated the same thing please listen and do not buy this junk.
