I love it! I have only minor issues. It doesn't come with a cord to connect to my laptop and I had to keep downloading a bunch of stuff to get it to scan. Other than that its quiet, fast, and works great!

It is a real workhorse and gets the job done. It is fast, as well. It is quite simple to operate, with good instructions on what to do for the various functions it can perform. The one thing about it, since it is wireless, is that it does not come with the cable to connect it directly to a computer; you have to buy this separately.

purchased this product because we replaced our last one after about 10 years. Struggled a bit to get started but the set up is done , we are back to printing and/or scanning. The upgrade has made printing more efficient. Still have some learning to do which can be a pain but on the whole i recommend this printer.

The printer works fine both for printing and scanning. I only had some jam problems with the paper twice, and needed to change the configuration of the paper tray.

Excellent for my college student. He uses the scan feature the most to upload assignments to professors. A plus that the ink isn't expensive.

So far I am very happy with this printer. It was easy to set up, and I have had no connectivity issues to date. The print quality is good. I have not used it for scanning or copying yet, so I can't verify the quality of either of those operations. I like the small footprint and the bottom paper tray, which is easy to access and load.

Great printer/copier/fax/scanner. Finding ink cartridges is difficult & when you do find them it's expensive (about 7 cents/page). I don't think extra large cartridges are available because I haven't been able to find them. Other than the ink issue, which is a pretty big deal, the printer produces high quality images & is very reasonably priced.

Set up started to be a bit intimidating but I bypassed some of the fluff and waaalaa. Fast, inexpensive and just what I was looking for.

Bought this for my home office use. I don’t do much paperwork but this seemed to be the perfect unit if I did run into more uses. It was packed perfectly in the box, extremely easy to set up. I even found the download on line and I’m not a computer type. It is quiet for this type of unit. Very pleased with everything thus far.

After battling with HP printers for several years and lots of research, I decided to purchase this printer. It is reliable, quiet, and has great printing quality. When Best Buy had this printer on sale again, I purchased one for my daughter and her family. They love it as well. We both enjoy the AirPrint feature and use it most frequently.

Years ago a friend recommended the Workforce printer. She used it for her business as a sales representative. I took her recommendation and would agree that it is as the name says, a "workforce". This is now my third Epson printer over a period of probably 15 years. I have two of them in my home right now. I appreciate their consistent performance and ease of use. I bought this one for my home office since I'm now working from home full time due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The only challenge that I've had with my new printer is getting it set up without having a disc-drive on my laptop for installing the driver. I worked with our IT department and got it taken care of.

This printer is easy to use, but quick to run out of ink. I like that I can print from my portable devices, including my smart phone. I just wish that the ink cartridges were larger.

I like the size of the printer for fitting on top of a filing cabinet. Seems to work okay for printing. Have not tried any pictures yet. It is a bit loud when printing. Good price when on sale.
