Very easy to use, but it seems to update too often. Also, the flap for holding prints broke off fairly easily. Other than that, it's a really good printer for the price.

Purchased our 2nd Epson all in one printer for home use. This one, the WF- 3720 is so superior to the smaller version (410), as it duplex prints. Very easy to set up, Fast and so quiet!! ( last one made an awful noise when drawing the paper, may have been defective all along) Highly recommend for home printing. Very reasonably priced!

This is a nice compact scanner/fax/copier that fits on a desk with little space needed. It's works great for those small projects!

I was looking for a low priced wireless printer. I ran into a friend in the store and he recommended this printer. A great printer/ copier for me a beginner. My son set it up for me. Very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it.

Bought this printer about half a year ago, and have had no real issues since. My only two comments would be to buy thicker paper because if it is too thin it may grab more than one while printing and jam, and to print high quality. Trying to print a quick draft leads to it printing weirdly. Otherwise I haven't had any problems with it. The quality and sturdiness of the printer is good, though admittedly a little large. I don't print very frequently but on the occasions that I do print I haven't had to worry about it causing any problems. It connects wirelessly to your computer and has a nice touch interface. I have only had to use the scanner once, but it did the job. A fairly budget-friendly printer, would recommend.

This unit provides all of the needs for our small business operations. A much better unit then past purchases of similar units

When my old printer developed problems and the replacement ink cartridges required me to borrow money from my 401K account, I started my search for a new printer. Wanting to actually touch and feel one I spent a good part of a day going from store to store looking at printers. One requirement I had was I didn't want to re-mortgage my house when I needed to buy replacement ink cartridges, I finally ended up at Best Buy. After looking at all their printers this Epson WF-3720 All-In-One caught my eye. It was in my price range with all the features I wanted. I then checked out the price of replacement ink cartridges. Wow, less than half the price of replacing my old printers cartridges. I've been using the WF-3720 for over a month. A little on the noisy side but aren't they all. Certainly a learning curve getting to understand how all the features work. Wish an operating manual would have been included in the box it came in, operating manual is on line with over 100 pages you can print off. All said this Epson WF-3720 is a great buy at a great price. I haven't printed any photos yet but I'm sure when I do it'll produce a good print.

This printer does a very nice job on printing color pages.

This has been a great printer. The print quality is good and the set up was easy. Some minor issues with the WiFi connection and I have to disconnect it and reinstall, but everything is working great now.

Needed a good home printer with wireless. Product is great, BUT ran out of color ink, which is fine bc I use B/W print most of the time. Well apparently unless you have a color ink packet installed you can’t print AT ALL. And no the color cartridge can’t just be empty. It has to constrain ink. Great deal, great quality poor way to make sure customer keeps having to purchase ink they don’t need to use.

Needed to replace my wife's printer quickly and this was a great buy at Best Buy. Printer has preformed excellent thus far.

So far has worked really well. Just wanted a lower end printer. This one is fast and easy to use. No issues so far. It is a bit loud - but not too bad.

This is by far the best printer I've had over the years. I would recommend it to anyone who has a small to large business.

We have only been using this printer for a short time but so far it has been easy to use and set up. It is a little big and maybe too much for a small area but I'm okay with that.

I just love things that work as advertised. Easy set up. Within 20 minutes had printed from cell phone, tablet and laptop.
