Terrible printer. Can’t get it to accept ink. Called Epson, they said to “buy more ink.” Already bought several cartridges of Epson brand ink - even made sure it was the right cartridges. Not buying Epson again. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

Epson makes great printers and this is another solid member of the family. Setting up the printer was as simple as following the on screen prompts. The wizard walked me through initializing the printer, setting up a wireless connection and setting up wifi-direct. I had never used the wifi-direct function from my Android phone before and it was surprisingly easy to do. I have always had problems printing from my phone before with an previous printer I had but this printer made it simple. I added the SSID of the printer to my phone, input the passcode and it connected right away. Sending documents from both a tablet and my phone worked right out of the box. I printed a page form a .pdf and it rendered the document perfectly. Next I took a picture of a knick-knack my wife had in the study and it printed in color from my phone. The color was well rendered and matched the item well. Most color printers tend to wash out the colors to save color ink but this printer handled the picture like a champ. I used this for my home office printing for most of a week and didn't have a single paper jam or hiccup. The print for documents renders black and white well and grey-scale documents had good color definition. I estimate that I printed close to 100 pages of print and the last page was just as good as the first. I haven't had this long enough to gauge the amount of ink that will be used per cartridge but the ability to change just the black cartridge without having to buy a full set is a great feature. Overall I was really impressed with the features and abilities of this printer. It handled everything I sent to it perfectly and worked flawlessly for my needs. I have attached pictures of print examples, hopefully they will show as well online as they did in my study. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3720 All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

We bought this printer to replace a Canon Pixma MX882 that could not have its print counter reset (clearing an error code), after cleaning the ink absorber, and was rendered un-useable. We were so frustrated by the uselessness of Canon customer support that we decided to switch brands. This Epson prints quietly and quickly produces high quality prints on plain paper. It makes a modest amount of noise while performing its maintenance cycle. I haven't tried printing photos yet. I am not computer savvy but found that set up was straighforward; just follow the instructions as they come up. I was even able to print directly from my phone with no difficulty. My only complaint is that the lids for the scanner and ink replacement don't stay up by themselves. I think I'll make a mini doorstop to prop them up when needed.

Initial Setup: This is my first Epson printer I have owned and if this is the standards Epson carries on all their printers it won’t be the last. From start to finish the setup process was a little long but it did have a firmware update to complete and that took a majority of the 20 minutes of setup to complete. The actual initial setup was a breeze to walk through. Installing the ink into the printer was also very easy and just clicked into place. Unlike other brands I have had in the past that you must tilt the cartridge one way then snap in and push up, the straight vertical design of the cartridge tray and ink setup was a lot more convenient. The Epson software is also easy to install from disk or simply by searching the model number online and downloading the most up to date version of the software directly from Epson’s website. The software wizard for setup was easy to step through and the choices were clear. Wifi setup of the printer was also very easy to setup. Once the printer was on and running I touched the wifi icon at the top of the screen. Touched my router name and entered the password. Design: The design of the printer is very user friendly and sleek to the eye. All matte black finish with clear and legible LCD touch screen. Paper feeder at the top also allows to be lifted slightly to allow for larger hands to reach in and remove the previous scanned document and clear any jams. The paper tray holds an antiquate amount of paper for my daily use and has a neat feature that allows the tray to pull itself back in once its approximately 95 percent inserted. I could also see this being an issue if your used to pushing a paper tray in all the way as it feels it is not correctly aligned at first. Use: Using the printer is very simple on a Windows PC or a Mac PC. In Windows 10, my current installation, I was very happy that it was auto detected once connected to my wireless router and the driver installed automatically. To use the “Scan To” function of the touch screen it will require that you install the full software. Printing on the unit is very clear, no alignment needed like in the older printers and the color is very vibrant. Full page document of this review size at 11PT font took 5.81 seconds to print. That is from the printer being at idle to completion which is very fast for a smaller office printer. The touchscreen on the printer is also extremely easy to touch compared to others where it feels you have to push through the printer to get it to recognize your touch. Overall the printer is a great design, very functional, and easy to use. The printing feature and scanning are faster than any printer I have used or tested of this size. On a scale of happiness from 1 to 10 I would rate this printer at a solid 10. Great job Epson!!! It's been one month of ownership at time of review. I have not had to refill the ink yet. I don't print everyday though. This printer has been great for copying worksheets for home schooling and also for my small business. It's quite, no smudges on paper, set up was quick and easy, and I can print from anywhere. Besides the power cord, it's truly wireless.

No complaints so far. Quick and easy to set up, good print quality for what I use it for (haven't tried a lot of pictures or specialty paper yet), and quieter than the one I replaced. So far, so good...

This printer was easy to set up and is a pleasure to use over another leading printer manufacturer. The price was very affordable with Best Buy's Price Match Guarantee. The ink lasts longer than another top manufacturer and the ink is a little cheaper. I like it so much, I may get another for a family member.

I bought this for the ability to scan multiple pages at the same time. For that function, it works well. Some page skipping happens but not as frequent as other machines I have tried. Wireless connectivity works when you take the time to set it up. Tried NFC using my phone, but it asked me to download the epson app so I stopped the process. It was a fast connection though using my Sony XZ. I like the feature to scan direct to my laptop folder. The printer works well, prints come out great and clean. Fast as well. The free ink ran out pretty fast though. It has been a little quirky lately. Maybe needs a system update. Over all for the price I think it is a good buy.

Epson is synonymous with quality, and this machine did not disappoint. Easier than I initially imagined to install, it's proved to be a dependable workhorse. I mostly use its printing and scanning capabilities, and so far hasn't let me down. A real keeper; loads of value for the money.

We were looking for a compact, wireless, inexpensive printer that my wife could use for printing out her weekly Sunday School readings and exercises for the teaching volunteers at church. This feature-rich unit has proven to be a perfect match. Straightforward to install on our home network, easy to use, and easy to maintain with user-friendly, touch-sensitive, control panel instructions to assist you through every step of a job. Combined with a very compact footprint, and a price tag considerably less than $200, this unit was irresistible.

This printer replaced my old printer and I'm really happy that I got this one because its compact, its really easy to set up, connects to the internet so you can use it with your laptop anywhere. Scanning features are nice, i used it to scan a document and had it sent to my computer in a pdf and it worked smoothly. I really like the double sided printing feature. you don't have to turn over the page anymore! The page looks clean when it comes out of the printer. I haven't had any problems with this printer so far!

Purchased the Epson wf-3720 after some research and am happy with the purchase so far. I needed a new printer for my office that printed fairly fast and had auto doc feeder. It was a quick install on my MacBook Pro and have printer from my iPhone and iPad. Being able to scan directly to a connected cloud account is great also. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the sales person at Best Buy said that the printer did not come with full ink cartiridges. This has not been fully determined because the cartridges that came with it are still working fine. I think he was trying to sell me an HP printer honestly, because he kept recommending the HP’s and said that they do come with full cartridges.

Pleased that everything was easy to set up and functions well. Quite efficient changing from one task to another. Far fewer paper feeder jams than a lot of printers. Would like it more if could reliably e-fax integrate vs having to use PC software to accomplish via scanned document file.

This is a solid printer for a solid price. Extremely fast printing speeds, feels like it shoots out paper. Also quick printing, not much time waiting for the printer to warm up then print. Extremely easy set up process and overall great design. Love the touch screen options as well. Just started toying with it so have yet to experience the scanner and fax options but so far so great.
