Disappointed the scanner feature won't work or no information on how to connect. Paper feed rollers need frequent maintenance steps, especially when in damp or humid conditions - which is almost everyday this summer. Otherwise quality of printing and copying is working well for my home use. The price was reasonable.

Great printer, easy to use and quality prints. Haven't printed any photos yet so no idea on the quality.

I bought this as a replacement for an HP printer. After 3 bad experiences I'll never buy anything from HP again. The instructions were clear. The set-up as a network printer took a long time (around an hour), but worked fine. The print quality has been good, although I haven't printed an image yet, and there have been no paper jams. The only thing I'd change is to add a line in the set-up procedure to skip the fax capability set up, since I don't have a land line, and I suspect most customers don't either.

I love printing from my phone and the colors seem to last longer than the printer I was used to. It is easy to use and that is bonus too! Love it!

I picked this printer up awhile back on sale. With the sale price this bad boy was less than 100 bucks. I have been completely happy with print quality and speed. My old HP printer was garbage. It would leave streaks, and color was faded and dull. The color and print quality of the Epson is far better. I like the ability to print on both sides of paper. I do a lot of printing and this saves paper. We like to print on our smartphones as well and this printer does it flawlessly. Good option for home office. I will be using Epson from now on.

This printer has a lot of features. I have had some connectivity issue from scanning straight into my laptop. It worked at one point but then no longer connected. I have to go thru a usb and then download the document. Other than that, very good quality and easy to use.

This is a great value prints quickly and easy. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a good home printer!

I am very satisfied. I am getting much more value for my money than I could hope for. I know it sounds petty but I wish the paper tray would slide with a more solid action. But you couldn't get a better more reliable printer without moving to a much more expensive category and that says it all.

Used in a personal office, very easy setup, looks good, and its quiet.
