So far it's been fine -- print quality and speed are good. My major complaint is that it goes through cartridges way too fast for the number of pages printed. And the cartridges are very expensive, not much cheaper than the crazy expensive HP cartridges. So overall, functions well, but value is mediocre given the cost and longevity of the cartridges.

BUT WHY DOES EPSON CHANGE THE INK CARTRIDGE MODEL EVERY YEAR WITH EVERY LITTLE CHANGE MADE? We now have about 4 different workforce year models so we have to buy 4 different kinds if ink! Ridiculous.

This is doing a great job as a small office printer, and really can't be beat on quality for the price. Also has been solid at doing bulk scans on the documents. Quick to set up and easy to use.

My last one only lasted 7 months. I'm glad I had the protection plan. I decided to try something different and I'm very glad that I did! The print speed and clarity on this Epson printer far exceeds any HP I have ever purchased!! I'm very very pleased with this printer. The set up was easy and I was printing in minutes!
