I bought this printer to replace an older Epson WF that had a malfunctioning paper feed sensor. It far surpasses that printer as well as all of the HP printers I had purchased over the years.

I bought this to replace my 3rd Canon MX922 Pixma all-in-one that unceremoniously died. After looking at the price of yet another Canon replacement (over $200 now!) I opted for this Epson WF-3720. So far, I am pleased. It's a nice size, easy to use, flawlessly connected to my Wi-Fi ... what's not to like? I haven't had it long enough to need new ink, but I do know that refurbished ink is readily available for this model. At this price point, you really can't go wrong. I'm using this in my home office ... not a heavy printer user, but do a lot of scans and faxing.

Overall, the Epson WF-3720 is a good fit for our home use. Size is just right and fits the area perfectly. It prints from what ever media is used. Haven't had a chance to print photos from smart phone yet, but plan to. I had a WF-3620 prior to this and had to be replaced after 4 years because of Scan and copy smear issues. Hopefully this will not happen to the new one. Ink cartridges in my opinion are quite expensive. This unit was supplied with startup cartridges and I have already had to replace with new. Epson should have just supplied them with the unit.

Needed a basic MFP to replace a Brother MFC-4520. The Epson software is pretty basic compared to the Brother I replaced, but it does the job. Good, basic MFP for the home office.

You know what I hate with printers? It’s when it’s sitting right there, but the computer says it is unable to find the printer. Umm, it’s right there! I can see it, and clearly it’s on, and on the same Wifi...so why can the computer find it?! So frustrating. This problem seems to be solved with this Epson... it can be found! Yes, i see it there physically, and the computer can find it too. Even with power outages, when it powers back on, it is found. Of course it prints good, and all that other stuff...kind of expect it too... but Epson has my vote over Brother for sure!

Came in to buy a scanner and saw the printer scanner combo for significantly less. Set up was easy, was wireless printing capabilities. Only downfall is that it doesn’t print doubled sided (or atleast I haven’t figured it out yet) and 2 you can’t scan many documents at once. It tends to jam a lot while scanning larger volumes (the allotted amount of scanning)

About two weeks ago, I purchased the all-in-one printer, Epson WF-3720 Pro, on sale @ $79.99 from Best Buy, and it came with a pack of ink cartridges for the setup. The black ink ran out quickly after a few pages of printing, and the colored cartridges were about half gone, all of which I expected. I then purchased a replacement combo pack that included a high capacity black ink for the price of $78.99 from another store, virtually the same price as the printer itself. So now I am wondering, when this new pack runs out, is it more economical to replace the ink or replace the printer. That will be a hard decision to make! Meanwhile, the new printer keeps disconnecting from my home network (three times so far) and each time I have to re-install the driver to get it going again. I did not have this problem with my old printer, Epson WF-3620, which I used for three years before the print head wore out. Other than this, the print output is pretty good and it runs quietly. But I'm hoping the network disconnection will not continue to be an issue.

This is a great printer once it's setup. I had to do the setup twice, most likely due to user error on my part, but once it was complete the printer works very well.

I had on-going issues with another brand starting shortly after I bought it about 3 years ago. The drivers had to be reinstalled regularly for the laptop to be able to "see" and operate it after Windows 10 came out, which was about the same time I bought it. I got tired of spending (literally) hours struggling to get the old one to work and bought the Epson WF-3720. No issues! It set up easily, works consistently, and produces consistently excellent, professional-grade documents.

I replaced an older similar version of this printer that failed with this less expensive model. The only notable feature missing on this is duplex (two sided) scanning but it does print two sided. There are a lot of bad reviews on this printer for ink consumption but I’m using the cartridges that came with it and have printer about 100 pages and a few pictures there’s still plenty of Ink. I was told the cartridges that come with it only have 60% is the capacity of standard capacity ones. I prefer epson software over the HP software that I’ve used In the past. I find it very easy to use and any device on my wifi sees the printer just fine. I’ve scanned documents and emailed with no problem. Have not used the fax but I’m sure it’s fine. I printed 2 photos on high quality photo paper and they did not print that well. Ended up sending to CVS and printed there and they came out much better. I do not recommend this printer for photo printing. Actually it’s expensive to print photos on any inkjet printer because it uses a lot of ink Easy set up and had it running it quickly. On sale It costs only a little bit more than a set if cartridges but if you print a lot of docs you may want to consider a laser jet prater

great printer, fast, more ink in the original cartridges than usual. However, they complicated the software for a simple scan. Prior versions were really simple

This printer has been great for us. It was easy to setup (my 15 year old did it while I was working on our deck). It is easy to use. It has additional functionality of printing from anywhere through an app or an email address. We first bought an HP printer that would not connect to our wireless route. After 4 hours of frustrating time spent with various HP support people, we took the printer back to Best Buy and exchanged it for this Epson. That was a great decision.

Bought this printer on sale. Setup was fairly straight-forward. Wireless part took some time, but wasn't too bad. Printing looks great, and is quick. Ink is a little hard to find, and is costly. Hopefully some refill places will start to sell it.

My HP printer died after only two years so I decided to return to an Epson, similar to the one I had previously owned. It was an excellent choice as this machine is not only much faster than the HP, but the quality of the print is excellent.
