Jams constantly, wastes 50 sheets of paper a week - I've contacted EPSON customer support twice and this thing is still terrible. It is NOT ideal for small business use. If you hardly need to use it, it's probably great. Once it gets down to the last 20 sheets in tray 1, it will print small amounts on every page (or even rip the pages!) and spits them all out. Sometimes it just does that for fun when the tray is full. I've wanted to return but they kept telling me to "try this" and "try that" and then would make me restart my entire system -- which is no where near ideal in the business world... I've tried all their tricks, and now I've missed my return deadline. Mistake of a purchase. Never buying EPSON again. Photo attached -- it prints like that at least 3 times a day. Loved the look and the color prints nicely, when it prints.. But I'm so disappointed, and I honestly never write reviews -- But hopefully this will help others in the future. Home use would be great, if you need it to print and scan a lot, I recommend looking elsewhere. The video showed it being the only printer in a small office -- this one is just for me to use as my personal and it is not ideal by any means.

Got this printer on sale. First one lasted a month then had paper jam problems that won't reset. On the second one now and still to early to judge. Prints nice and dual paper trays are good. Printing from cell phones without a app I like also. Time will tell.

This multi-functional device has made my little office complete. Printout is very fast. Faster than described. Touchscreen. Connects to my Android phone. Too many features to mention. I am very satisfied with my purchase. And for less than $300. Well $299. Well worth it!

Simple and easy printer. Not great speed. I work in a small office with 4 people so it is more than enough for us. I wish scan time email set up was more intuitive.

Not happy for various reasons. The main reason I am dissatisfied with this printer is because of the way the paper lays in the paper trays. I print alot of checks and tabout 85% of the time they do not print correctly on the line. I run two business and need my checks to print properly. Also when a paper jam occurs and you are trying to scan you have to shut down the printer because for some reason I can end it on my pc but the printer just keeps trying to close it. Lastly and maybe I just haven't figured out how to do this but with my old printer I could scan several items of different sizes of paper and lay them on the glass to do this, with this printer it wants to save them individually by page.

I love this thing. Was not the easiest to set up and the WIFI tends to disconnect (only about once every couple months) and is hard to reconnect, even tho my wireless router is in the same room. I don't know what causes this but is a bit of a hassle when it happens even tho it does not happen that often. Other than that, I love this thing. Is not buggy when trying to Scan to PC or Fax. Everything works great and the ink is pretty cheap for this model.

This copier works great! We had to replace our other one and really like this one better!

I really like this printer because it is easy to use and can print on all of the paper sizes that I use, including postcards.

We use this printer in our business. The wireless set up was simple and easy. Very fast copies and scans. The quality of scanning is impressive. We use this for about 1200 pages of printing and 500 scanned documents a month. Good quality and very quick.

Bought this to replace a very old all in one. This is a very quick printer and scanner. Have not used the fax portion but I believe it will be quick as well. Print quality good and uses very little ink so far. I would recommend this for very small office or home use.

I recently bought a Brother 3 in 1, and could not get the fax to work. Returned it for this Epson and couldn't be happier! The set up was quick and easy, and everything works as it should. Very pleased.

This printer works very well. From being asleep to being done printing less than 10 seconds. The 2 sided printing works great as well, no having to flip the paper. The wifi direct printing works great as well, once you understand how to setup.

I love this printer, do yourself a favor and stop buying 40 dollar ink jet printers. Although this is a low end business type printer, for a personal office its fantastic. No network issues or function issues, just works.

We had an Epson printer before for years but it was slowing dying with missing sections in the printout, colors, etc. This one is a great upgrade, easier to use and set up, very happy with this purchase.

I love the fact that I can finally print from my cellphone from anywhere in the house. As a college student, much of my research is done while laying down. Now I can actually print the articles and not just bookmark the page on my phone!!

The Auto Document Feeder wasn't working on this model. I'll return and get another unit. I'm hoping it was just a defective unit.

I have always been an HP printer fan. My last HP only lasted a little over a year! It was $200. So I researched on B.B. site, and found the Epson workforce printer, and purchased it. Easy to set up, works much faster than my HP. So far, I love it.
