I am now on my THIRD Epson Work Force printer. Why three, you ask, if I hate them so much? Simple. I purchased an extended warranty with the first printer. It was a good thing I did, because after 13 months, it simply stopped working for no reason. Best Buy exchanged it without issue. Then the second printer stopped working a few months later after a firmware update. I was told that Epson doesn't like when you use third-party ink cartridges, but I have NEVER used anything but Epson cartridges. So that wasn't the reason my second printer died. I tried all the online tips and tricks to restore settings, but nothing worked. The printer was dead. The ONLY reason I decided to get a third (identical) printer was because I already had over $150 invested in the ink cartridges. I got a great deal on bulk packs of Epson ink, so I stocked up. Sorry I did. Had I not purchased all that ink, I would have certainly bought another print instead. As of now (Feb 2021), the printer is currently working fine, but I'm not holding my breath. In all fairness, when the printers were working, they performed great. Scanning, copying, and simple printing absolutely did the job well for our family of five people. However, due to the absolute lack of reliability, I gave this printer only one star. I will not purchase another Epson printer again.

The printer works fine. It prints very fast. I would definitely recommend this printer for any home office which is what i use it for.

My first Epson and it has lived up to all expectations. I gave four stars only because I wish the settings for paper type were a bit better and the paper tray maybe felt a little more sturdy, but that’s being very picky. I am on my 4 printer in about 15 years the last being a laser and this is my favorite one by far!

My first Epson printer and I’m very pleased. It has everything I wanted, wireless printing, fax, copy and scan functions.

I had been dissatisfied with a printer from the best-selling brand, especially because it kept losing connectivity with my wireless network. The reviews of the Epson sounded good. Actual performance has been even better than the reviews. The color printing is the brightest and most vivid of any printer I've ever had, including at work and at home. Connectivity was a snap to set up and, even more importantly, to maintain. In its price range, I doubt there is a better all-in-one than this Epson.

First time Epson buyer. I like it! Finally, a printer that does everything and prints from anywhere and from all my devices.
