Have had nothing but HP in the past, tired of buying a new one every year because the wireless connection fails. Thought I would try the Epson after reading reviews.The sale priced the $50.00 for my old printer sealed the deal. So far it has worked flawlessly.

I am going to order a HP printer next. The ink for the printer is far too expensive. If the any color runs out you cannot print with just black.which I was told by an associate. It is complicated to set up for faxing. The ink does not last as long as it says. It does have a great quality when printing.

Purchased this to replace similar product purchased years ago. Very happy with that product as I am with this one. Have had very good experience with Epson products, and the Workforce series has been a great fit for my and my families needs.

I needed a new fax machine and a backup printer. Although is noisy I’m trying to deal with it. Overall not bad for the money.

Purchased this printer to replace an HP printer. Used in home office mai lt for documents but also print 3x5 pictures. Used the Best Buy recycle option and received a good discount to apply to this one. Love the print for mobile app feature.

My old Workforce worked just great for over five years without a single repair. But the wireless aspect stopped working so I bought the 4740 to replace it. I have used it for a month and love it. Same sturdiness but faster. A good solid workhorse.

Decent image quality. And the price per page is better than similarly priced color lasers. Everything seems to work as advertised.

I wanted a new printer that had multiple functions. Thought this would be a good one, but it was not what I expected. I returned it.

The install was reasonably easy even for this moron. The drivers were a little testy but once they were loaded everything with the machine works good. The driver updates are fairly frequent so you need to be on the lookout for those when they pop up.

This printer is easy to set up. The print quality is great and it prints very quickly. I have not experienced any issues with this printer and the feature to print to it through email is very convenient.

Pretty good printer machine but lacks in documentation. Everything takes you to the Epson website. Very inconvenient!

Wireless setup was easy, but I was not aware WiFi connects only at 2.4Ghz before I purchased. My fault for overlooking but this is 2018, you would think 5Ghz would be normal spec. It is also very noisy - clicks and clacks when warming up, and handeling paper.

Aside from the occasional paper jam, this printer has worked very well for me. Make sure you update the drivers!

This printer is simple in design, and it is so good that you can do all the work at once through the LCD screen. Print quality is better than I thought. The noise generated when printing is quieter than thought.

Works well and we've had few issues. Biggest drawback is the high cost of the ink.

This printer was extremely easy to set up and get going. The print quality is good except for reds which appear a little muddy. I am using it primarily to print from my iPad and the process is quick and easy.

this printer is just what we needed -- the dept manager showed us several makes/models and asked about our needs & usage and recommended this item -- it has proven to be just what we need for our work-from-home situation

My Epson printer, scanner, copier, & fax seems to be a good copier but I have not learned how to scan my pictures.

Easy to setup and use. Also, easy to replace ink cartridges. Wi-Fi is quick. Works with Windows 11.
