    Just switched from a laser color printer to an Epson ink jet printer. This printer has so many more features and the ink is more than half the cost of laser.

    I have had one of these before. I eventually wore it out. Bought another. The program with the discount for bringing in a printer to trade is great.

    2yrs and problem wont print or scan wired to computer ,I really believed by buying an Epson I would not have an issue for at least five years, this is no better than a hp printer which i had lasted about 2 yrs too.

    Big touch screen display, easy to set and change settings. Slower printing and paper gets caught in paper trays easily. We tried to use less paper but to no avail. Bluetooth works great, print from any wireless device.

    Better printer than I previously had. Love that it has both legal and letter sized paper feeders. Have not had a chance to catch up on all my printing.

    The print is ok, but the printer does not work all the time. It seems to not get the command from my computer to print. i have to call tech support too many times. Should have stuck with HP.

    Hoping this adapter will fix my driver issue with my 3 month old tablet. It would have cost to fix the driver than I paid for it. Grateful for the Geek suggestion.

    Terrible business practice, restricts ink to Epson

    Just updated the firmware pushed out by Epson and now my ink is not recognized. I just purchased a new set of aftermarket ink for $90 and had a couple left over from the last set and Epson pushes this update that makes aftermarket ink unrecognizable. This is a horrible business practice and made my recent purchase of this printer and ink a complete loss. I'm out hundreds of dollars because Epson forces their ink on me which is double the cost. I've always used aftermarket in in all the printers I have owned and never had an issue. I now have a very expensive brick and will be buying something different. Your ink policy just cost you future business Epson.

    Glitchy - aborted print jobs from some computers, often fed multiple papers through resulting in needing to reprint. After 2.5 years it stopped working entirely and couldn't even get to the home screen to diagnose the problem. Customer service stated it was a hardware issue, out of warranty, and was less than helpful. This was my first Epson and it will be my last.

    It's not as good as the Epson I replaced

    I previously had a larger Epson and loved it until it broke and the repair was over $300. I am a fan of Epson so I purchased a new one and printing a picture is almost impossible because the photo paper does not load as easily.
